Staff behaviour and food
What was not good
We had a deluxe room, number 11.
It was very very basic. Bed was ok. Bed Linen was stinky. Towels were so smelly that it could not be used. The bathroom was basic. No shaving light or a counter / shelf near the basin. The doors were creaky and we were woken up be the door creaks in the adjoining rooms.
While the view of nature was good from the room the clothes left out to hand were an eyesore.
This is an incomplete property without an intercom.
One has to walk down a steep slope in the open with many items like pipes to trip on.
I saw some rating of 4.7 for the hotel. I booked basis that and suffered

A good Standoff point for Kedarnath

We had a wonderful stay.
They delivery good food incredibly fast depending upon your wants.
They also travelled us to the nearest spot of the kedarnath jeep ride.
