Stay at Ginger Surat - Business Meet

Overall F&B experience was good, breakfast options and team is very helpful, specially Mr Kamal, pilot and others.
Rooms need maintenance as I booked bigger room basis details available on make my trip but was given a regular room. When asked front desk team they confirmed all rooms are of same size then why rates are different, this was disappointing for me

Vibrant gujrat with vibrant service

Ambience and food is good. Service is excellent. All the people here are great in attitude. Kamal, Rashmi, Prem and Nandan the people i met with are great. Take care and keep up the good service

Food is great. Kamal, Vinod , Kushal, pilot, shubendu and Rashmi really took good care of us and they really served us a delicious meals throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay at Ginger

I walked in and booked my stay here - Bansita at the reception was very helpful and understanding gave me the best price for my room booking, even helped me with some personal things I needed through her colleague Trisha - it’s commendable how they took care of my request- also at the breakfast - Prem and Kamal helped with best serving experience- my special ask for customised dosa & perfect Coffee was well taken care of - this is what we expect from a brand like Ginger.
