Excellent Stay.

Had a great stay at Hotel Heritage Luxury, Srinagar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Special mention to the front office team for being welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

2 star Hotel near Srinagar Airport

I stayed at Heritage Luxury Hotel, Srinagar for one night on 19th June during my trip.
The hotel is located near Srinagar Airport, which may be convenient for airport access, but it is quite far from the city center and Dal Lake, so sightseeing requires extra travel time.
In my experience, the hotel felt quite old, and many of the facilities also appeared outdated. Even the lift looked old, and there was only one lift serving the entire 3-floor hotel, which was not very convenient, especially during busy hours.
Overall, the stay was average. The hotel has potential because of its location near the airport, but renovation and modernization of the facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

stay at hotel heritage luxury, Srinagar

Hotel heritage Luxury claims to be a 4 star hotel, but amenities are not of 4 star nature. No dental kit/shaving kit are provided in room which is common even in a three star hotel elsewhere. shampoo/body lotion/shower gel are given in small bottles enough for single person only. Items for making tea/coffee are insufficient. Plus point is Room is big, hot water is available. Food is average.

Poor service and frustrating overall experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a very disappointing experience. The food at the restaurant was not good, and the service was extremely poor. Every time we went for breakfast or lunch, there was always a long wait. Overall, it was frustrating and not worth the stay. Definitely would not recommend.
