Worst Hotel and contrary to Ratings provided by Make My Trip
This hotel was so horrible and pathetic and truly not for the amount charged through Make My Trip.
1.AC was not in working condition.
2. Basic elements such as kettle along with coffee sachets/milk sachets was not provided either.
3. Washroom was not clean nor towels were provided by default and had to request multiple times.
This booking was done through Make My Trip.
The ratings provided by Make my trip has completely misguided me in opting for such hotel. They are not even for for a 1 star rating.
I request make my trip to arrange for possible refund considering that within half an hour we have vacated the hotel premises due to substandard services and in contrary to the ratings provided in Make my trip.
Besides I will take this through other social platform too as I don't want public to fall prey basis the ratings provided and book this hotel. Hence pls.never book this Hotel even. If it is for few hours/1 day not worth it for the money charged and ratings provided by Make My Trip.
Pls arrange to refund the money to source account.

Need improvement
Food range is good but after 9 pm, limited items available. Even Tea or coffee are not available. Naturally, catering is stopped during the night.
Lighting inside the rooms is not good
But excessive illumination seen in the corridors and unwanted places.
During the 10 days stay, newspaper was provided for 4 days.
Coffee ordered at 6 am was served at 6.50 pm, that too after two reminders over intercom.
Housekeeping is very bad ; nobody lifts the call most of the times.
Despite prior intimation about the stay of additional guest, every morning the restaurant people raise issues while taking breakfast as the reception staff do not properly update the details.
There are other issues of poor supervision and management which I don't describe for want of space and time.
