Disorganized, Unreliable, and Poor Management – Avoid for Families, Food is good
The major issues:
False Promises: The receptionist promised to move our bags to the room while we were out. When we returned at 9:00 PM, our luggage was still sitting in the lobby near the entrance.
Lost Keys: The "interconnecting" door was locked, and after being told for an hour that a key was coming, they admitted they had lost it.
Zero Respect for Privacy/Rest: They sent a carpenter at 11:30 PM to try and break the lock while we were trying to sleep. When he failed, we were forced to stay in separate rooms.
Safety Concerns: We were only given one key card, and the doorbell to the second room was broken, making it impossible to reach our children easily in an emergency.
The food: The restaurant serves excellent food, the prices are also reasonable and staff at the restaurant is very courteous & helpfull
We missed sightseeing spots and dinner time because of this ordeal. This hotel is poorly managed and clearly does not value its guests' time or safety. Would not recommend.

Terrible
2. We had asked for some coffee sachets & creamer before going out. They didn't give us .
3. People in the restaurant are rude, unapologetic & unprofessional.
4. Sat sun very busy in restaurant. They don't keep any tables for people staying in the hotel.
5. We were made to wait till 10 pm for a table with my 84 yr old mother .
6. We were waiting in the lounge which was very hot . Front door of hotel is always open, hence they don't start the AC.
7. When I requested one of the people in the restaurant to start the AC , he rudely pointed out that what can he do when the door is open
8. We are from Pune..I have never seen such a lack of professionalism & so much rudeness in the hospitality sector.
9. There is a way of speaking to customers if there isn't a table...they lack manners utterly
10 .I booked from Veena world. It is one of the worst hotels that I have stayed in.
