Excellent property with great hospitality !!

Excellent property with decent amenities,spacious rooms ,close by to airport.Special appreciation to their manager Kiran for his excellent support and service , especially in taking to a shop outside in his vehicle ,to get a last minute picture printout.Definitely awesome !!

I only came to pick up a friend but even that they made into a nice experience

The welcome when you enter the gate is super friendly. I just came to pick up a friend and to have a coffee but was pleasantly surprised. It looks clean and fresh and it’s quiet. Shanavas thanks for your service. It’s close to the train station.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!!
Lot of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
We enjoyed staying here friendly staff, clean rooms. The staff were helpful from the time I check in and check out.
I would like to thank the staff Mr. Uday shetty whose hospitality was at its best!
I would recommend everyone to visit!!

Very Bad

Untidy and stinking bathrooms. Not courteous staff. Untidy linens and bath towels. Even for the Untidy bath towels, you need to call and ask for one. Stinky corridors filled with garbage and waste. We had request staff to remove them from corridors. The air-conditioner was also leaking and finally had to accommodate with the fan. No restaurant available and the in room beverage and kettle provided is Untidy. Overall doesn't deserve 4/5 star rating and it is not recommended for family stay.

Budget Hotel

My friend suggested me this Hotel and it was a good choice for us.
Happy to choose Sharda Residency in Mangalore. We got luxury room at affordable price, Complimentary Breakfast. Very Good Room Service.
Thanks to the staff for making our stay memorable.
