Top class place to stay in Kalyan
We got absolutely top class experience - particularly the rooms were top notch, brand new and premium.
The rates are slightly on a higher side - but worth it.

Amazing and exceptional hospitality by Vegas Residency
Staying at Vegas Residency Kalyan was one of my most memorable experience, has I came to Kalyan for short trip for 16 days from the city of Hong Kong .
The hospitality and the great services I received was exceptional in terms of great food, great housekeeping services with cleanliness and hygiene at the foundation level, business services such as providing a high speed Wi-Fi and making sure all documents which had to be printed were available to me soon, wake up call services, laundry was quick ,got my clothes on the next day, was provided extra toiletries, bottled of water , charging adapter, room services , morning coffee, breakfast was hot and tasty.
I was completely new to the location of Kalyan and Vegas Residency went above and beyond to guide me with detailed locations of tourist spots ,shopping malls and plus arrange the transportation has well and making sure that I had a safe and great experience.
Coming from a city of Hong Kong ,I would have never in my dreams expected such a fabulous welcoming from Vegas Residency , it is just above and beyond . One of best fine dining experience at the hotel in house restaurant call Prasad food divine , mouth watering and tasty food with combination of traditional north ,south and Indian Chinese food was amazing , the sizzlers and the paneer tikkas are the must have dishes.
I had a lunch party for 20 person at the Prasad food divine and want to thank Mr. Vijay again to provide exceptional service by welcoming all my guest and making sure each of my guest felt special. The food and the hospitality provide to my guest was very expectational great and I cant imagine how could a restaurant in Kalyan could beat the standards of restaurant in a city like Hong Kong. Heads off to the entire team of Parsad Food Divine , you guys are True Hero's of the hospitality industry.
Lastly the location of the Vegas Residency is just mind blowing with few mins walks to every other conveniences stores and food joint. Easy location to get the transportation and a 20 minutes car or auto ride to Ulhasnagar which is extremely famous for its local food and shopping experience.
I would want to thank Mr. Vijay , Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Nikhil and all other staff in Vegas Residency for making my stay a life long memory and special thanks Mr. Sandesh who has always been at forefront for handing all my questions and concerns and making sure I received the best service in the hotel by making sure the WIFI connectivity at my room was good , taking care of my transportation arrangements and making sure I had a great experience at Vegas Residency.
I wish Vegas Residency much more success in the coming years and hope to see the hotel evolve to an International chain of hotels where I can have a pleasure to experience their amazing hospitality again.
