Exotic and serene place exotica suvarna samdura

The property is located at such such amazing hilltop, were one can see the beautiful Arabian sea all day along... mesmerizing place...about the property simply superb and very well maintained rooms on par with 5 star rooms, the linen washrooms etc are so so clean...the staff right from reception to housekeeping and everyone is smiling and very warm...owner of the property Mr Rahul is a gem...I wish all the best
..i will visit again for sure

Good experience

Known as Lemon Tree Dapoli now.
Good property , good rooms , lovely view from deluxe king rooms and decent food. Good service.
Beach is about 3 km from here .
Good weekend trip from pune. No complaints. Post rebranding no complains . Will definitely visit again.

Please read this;

I want to say that everything was good, ambience was really amazing , food was yummiest nd room service was also good but there are some complaints which I really want to mention, we were in restaurant so I asked the guy that we r not comfortable can we sit outside he was so so rude that no if you want to sit you can sit otherwise you can have food in your room... I told him you can be polite so he replied "mein ese hi baat krta hu" I asked his name but he went outside , I asked other member what was his name ,they replied "yashpal" nd he is our senior... I was totally shocked!!! Senior behaviour like this is really horrible!!!so anyone is reading this pls told Mr Yashpal to be polite with guests , have some manners!! First learn how to talk to your coustomer

Excellent location with sea view room

Good location hotel is located in Nature of the Sea. Room has sea view and top floor restaurant you can sea Suvarna Ford and fish market overall stay was good. Neat and cleaned rooms good food all staff are very humble and cooperative.

Never go here!!!

This has been one of the worst experiences I had with any RESORT. The management keeps telling that the property is under renovation, which they think is an easy ticket for giving sub standard, no Below Standard services. The mattresses provided were stained, the pillows downright filthy and the furniture left to rot without bothering to clean it.
Their so called sea view roof top bar is a joke, which feels like a make shift restaurant made to just accomodate a few chairs and tables.
The hygiene is the worst... I even saw a spider loitering on the plates which were supposed to be used for eating... There were kids all around and this is the hygiene being maintained... Our room's air conditioning was leaking...
All in all, go to any other place but here!!!!
