Good Property with Pathetic Management
I got a room having ,suit type two adjoining room ,room was really good like suites with good AC bed and others , even they have sofa area too.
No toiletries given only one towel
AC does not have remote
TV cable has no paid Chanel
No glass in the room
No electric kettle no accessories in room
No fridge
Parking is there and restaurant on top floor
But
Bad management destroy its charm and standard
It’s given to OYO capital O
Reception on 2nd floor and lift is not working as Rooms are on 2 floor and 3rd floor
No one will greet you in hotel
Local non professional person chewing tobacco and spitting in front of you at reception and very rough language and he called him manager.
Never thought/imagine of of any professionalisms in this hotel, no one from hospitality industry
Waiters are of non standard at all. You will soon realise they they are local and not know abc about etiquette and manners.
Why such happening to good hotel property is beyond my imagination/views
They will not give you key of room logic is that they have one key and no given to guest , everyone you have to take key when you came to hotel and imagine how you will go in restaurants and other place in hotel without key !!

Not recommended at all
In OYO and Make my rip rates are slashed to 70%
You imagine the quality now
If you persons with moral donot even think to book or stay in this hotel
No one hear you and no one bother you
