The best destination for Serres.
Beautiful hotel, the pool very clean, as well as the hotel. Tasty and rich breakfast and very polite staff.

Referred to the pool
Like a good location but the dirty pool with a bag of food inside (why do you pay and don't pick them up;) , when you enter the entrance or good evening you won't hear from the girl , only that it costs 12€ the entrance, unstable and the last that the little water costs 1€ and of course without proof .

Music went on until 3am!!!
This hotel was part of our tour, so not one I chose but I trust the tour company to use good hotels. Unfortunately this wasn't the best for a few reasons.
The layout is really confusing and it took the 3 nights to get used to it! Reception is on floor 4 and our room was floor 2, so we had to go down. Things seem upside down and it's quite sprawling.
We had 3 nights there and the first night I noticed a horrible stain on the vallance that could have been a couple of things that made me cringe! It was late by then so I covered it with a towel and reported it to reception in the morning. Housekeeping changed it.
I wouldn't recommend staying on a Saturday night as they can't cope with the catering and the music went on until 3am! I never slept a wink until after 3! They evidently have weddings and functions which means that they can't serve in the restaurant and the bar/restaurant has a limited menu and is slow. I don't know where the music was but I am pretty sure it was at least one floor away but it was still loud.
It's located out of town so unless you get a taxi you will probably eat in the hotel. The food wasn't great. It took ages to come and was barely warm and certainly not hot. Based on the main (and the limited choices as by no means everything was on offer) we didn't risk dessert. It was too late for sugar by then anyway.
The rooms in general were adequate but nothing special. The lighting in the bedroom was poor and switches were very confusing. bathroom lighting was better. The 'double' bed was two singles pushed together but it was comfy.
There was no full length mirror and only 5 hangers! There was a safe, fridge and kettle.
Breakfast was ok but no chopped fresh fruits only whole apples etc.
Staff were pleasant enough.

A hidden diamond in the Macedonian city of Serres!

Nice resort
a quiet hotel with many facilities a good intermediate point if you want a longer stay in Greece. it is close to the city center and many amenities, swimming pool. tennis courts etc. the services are ok, the people are nice, and the breakfast is standard Greek
