Great hotel!

Positives:
- The rooms are nice and clean.
- The bed was comfy.
- The balcony is a great choice.
- The bathroom was spacious.
- Staff is nice and helpful.
- The pool is excellent for kids.
- Great to use the showers and change room.
Needs improvement:
- No free water or coffee machine in the room.
- The breakfast options could be better.
- Kitchen doesn't offer sweet dishes.
- Parking area needs improvement.

Mythical Coast

This was the beachfront hotel where we stayed for two nights during our trip to Lesbos. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room includes a TV, mini-fridge, safe, and a small terrace at the front. Wifi is working perfectly. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast was adequate and of good quality. The sea is stony. Most of the rooms are high up. Therefore, it requires climbing steep hills and steps. It's advisable to choose rooms close to the reception. Manoli, who performed local dances at the Saturday tavern night, was very successful. The hotel is fifteen minutes from the city center by taxi. The staff are friendly and polite.

Worst hotel Dirty, Rude staff , no facilities and no entertainment

This is the worst 5 star hotel in existence, do not go there, the food is terrible only one restaurant no atmosphere bright lights, empty ate there once would not do it again. The rooms are not any different I booked a superior premium rate room to have the facilties of yoga, and water aerobics this was NON existent nothing zilch.
No entertainment at all. I stayed for 10 days. I asked about the thermal springs one reason for visiting this hotel. I enquired 3-4 times got no prices nothing was arranged to take people there. There is NO service vehicle to take guests to the town at any time of the day or night unlike in most 5 star accommodation especially when sited THREE miles from Mytilene and the only bus did not leave until after 11 a.m. your day is wasted.
I was offered a ride with the cleaning staff when they were collected from Mytiene at 8.30 a.m. in the morning and if you are lucky you got ride back at 6.30p..m when the hotel staff came back to Mytilene I was the only guest that used this option possibly because its degrading for a 5 star guest.
The beds were not made and no water replaced in the room each day. No clean towels each day and had to ask for clean sheets and towels by the FOURTH day. Floors not cleaned tables left greasy disgusting. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. On my last day I stayed in another hotel before returning for my last evening I could not get into my room the lights were on in the bathroom., I was told the cleaning staff left the key card in - what for. It had not been done for the previous 9 days I was there nor the lights or the window left open in the bathroom either. The staff at Reception where totally rude and would say they know nohng about the area as they didnt come from there. The Greek staff were lovely when allowed to speak. Total waste of money

We only stayed here due to the free airport shuttle so we didn't have to deal with the taxis at the airport. I contacted them three times via hotels.com messaging and their email to arrange transport. No response. Called them to arrange and they said to call when we got to airport. Called at the airport and they said they had no drivers and hung up on me! Absolute disorganized mess of very young people staffing the location, asked for glass of wine at pool, almost 45 mins later a whole bottle turned up which we were charged for. Food was poor quality and expensive. Also took forever to be served. Terrible location, totally isolated with no stores within walking distance. Car an absolute must or you are trapped at an expensive poor food resort.. On the positive - breakfast was actually good, rooms are nice and pool is pleasant.

DISGRACE

What a disgrace! It doesn't deserve even half a star, let alone five. The rooms are filthy and infested with insects. Breakfast and meals are terrible. Our belongings were stolen in the lobby, but they neither reported it to the police nor checked the security cameras. There's no security anyway, and anyone can just walk into the hotel. The so-called private beach is a complete joke; they've put only five sun loungers and two umbrellas in a filthy area, and it hasn't been cleaned at all. Our wallets were stolen. A woman who introduced herself as the hotel manager came and told us she would never watch the footage and wouldn't report it to the police. They have extremely disrespectful and indifferent staff and they turn a blind eye to blatant theft. I strongly advise against going. You have to climb about 150 stairs to get into the hotel, it's awful.
