A real Gem

Exquisite hotel in Kythira with the most amazing view.
Very comfortable rooms with private balconies and beautiful well kept gardens.
The newly renovated bedrooms have an understated elegant minimalist style .
The swimming pool area overlooks the fort , chora and Kepsali bay and is delightfully pleasant.
Breakfast is delicious, home made pittas, cakes, breads and traditional Kythira dakos and other options.
Spotless clean rooms and facilities ( parking too), very helpful and friendly ( while remaining professional staff)
A huge thank you to Vanessa, Giorgio, Iliana and the entire team for a fantastic stay , cannot wait to be back

Amazing

Great location! It is next to the country and the beach. The view from all sides of the hotel is magnificent. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was big and comfortable. It is the ideal choice for holidays.

If you are a customer, go again

The reservation was made from March for August. The offer came only for one room option that said country view. There was no negative review in all the media. The price is quite high, but from the data we had (photos and reviews) we said to prefer it. Upon our arrival, the room was at the end of the hotel, on the lower floor, in the back. View of the olive tree that was outside the room. The space inside is big, which was the only positive thing about the entire stay. The bathroom with broken tiles and rusty spots on the door and shower base where a child could be injured. The screens on the doors broken and damaged, electrical in the room damaged where we informed them about all this. The electrical, the first day we had no light in the room, the second the lamp wouldn't turn off and in order to sleep we had to unscrew it by hand!!! On the third day it was made. In the bathroom the master did a patent where with one wrong move you cut your hand. The front door, as we were informed from the first day, did not close well and we should be careful, where twice in the afternoon we found it completely open, because the various crews that entered had not locked it. They probably didn't give the room out to people because someone would have mentioned all these issues before, of course we might be the curious ones. Sheets frayed and the bathroom basket could only be opened by hand and not by foot. One night we found a centipede in the children's bed. At breakfast, the jams were nice. The bread is sometimes stale and dry, one day the granola ran out and when I asked if there was any, I was told that it had run out. After 10 minutes they displayed half a jar of granola on a table of tourists. When I asked how he found himself suddenly, they told me "he didn't see much". The hotel managers were absent from all this, the kind Lefteris who had the afternoon bar and the girl at the reception who was trying alone. I have the impression that the hotel has standard customers where it takes care of them, for everyone else not even the basics. I believe the services we got should be half the money. The choice is yours!

Σας ζητούμε συγνώμη αν δεν ανταποκριθήκαμε στις απαιτήσεις σας. Θα είναι μεγάλη χαρά αν με την νέα εποχή του ξενοδοχείου μας που ξεκινά από το καλοκαίρι του 2025 ξανα ερθετε στο νησί μας και αν και μπορεί να μην επιθυμείτε να μείνετε σε εμάς να περάσετε να δείτε τον ανακαινισμένο μας χώρο και να σας προσφέρουμε ένα γεύμα με όλη μας την χαρά. Στα 34 χρονιά εργασίας μου δεν έχω ξεχωρίσει κανεναν πελάτη κι το γεγονός που αναφέρατε για το πρωινό ίσως ήταν για άτυχη στιγμή, παράλειψη μου ελέγχου του σέρβις στα τόσα χρόνια δουλειάς μου. Όσο αφορά τις τιμές επειδή το αναφέρετε πολλές φορές θεωρώ ότι τόσα χρόνια με τις ίδιες τιμές είναι τίμιες όσο αφορά το προϊόν μας σε σχέση και με τον ανταγωνισμό. Πραγματικά λυπάμαι αν σας απογοητεύσαμε ελπίζω όμως να επανέλθετε εστω στο νησί μας για διακοπές και ίσως ένα άλλο κατάλυμα να ανταποκριθεί στις απαιτήσεις καλύτερα και να περάσετε όμορφες διακοπές.

Life breeze

Nice hospitality, great service, tasty food oooh ,the scent of the place, enough parking good accommodations, you always feel like at home ,I never experienced that life before since I started having vacations, the great view looks of the night
