Drama in Drama
To inform that the criticism is for information and possible improvement of something and in no case revenge. When you pay 100+ per night for a Superior Double, you also have requirements.....!!!
. The room was NOT Superior, but a simple double room with a large veranda, since it was on the terrace.
“You felt the springs on your back when you lay down. Let it sink so well that you slept with your feet up and your head down....!!!!!
The ten potatoes were so used and of poor quality that when you kicked it was like you kicked the tiles.
There was no central heating but an air conditioning that heated the room. There is no heating in the bathroom.
The common areas are NOT air-conditioned. We mourn about DRAMA where the temperatures are low...!!!
The breakfast....unbelievable... and the three days we sat....we were looking for the only person who was serving....to ask him to bring us things that were finished....!!! We were forced to ask for bottles of shampoo which when finished no one replaced!!! The staff tried, but the owner was so intrusive that he didn't leave much room. I think that this particular hotel is group-oriented and works with the logic of the body.....and not the experience of the stay. I'm saying this just for understanding and without offending anyone. I would avoid it by customers who are looking for a rich hospitality experience.....!!!!

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY
The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is relatively recently renovated. The rooms are rather small (our was also slightly factor). Small relative is the bathroom and very small the balcony. The rooms were very clean and the staff polite. The walls (in the rooms and common areas) are decorated with poor aesthetic paintings. The breakfast was rich, although some of its ingredients were not of good quality (e.g. white cheese, miserable yogurt with vegetable fats, very thin and tasteless coffee).

Miserable
Miserable with a peak moment of wretchedness in the morning.
The rooms should be renovated immediately. The shower has a plastic curtain worse than a 1980 gymnasium.
But the early one was the worst ever. The eggs were moldy and the yogurt warm and the flies were sitting on it. Carpet!

Disappointment
Very expensive room for what you really see..The room smelled awful when we arrived, apparently it is a smoking room, we had noted during our reservation that we do not want a smoking room. There were tufts of hair under the bed obviously from previous guests as mine is red and the tufts are black. There is no soundproofing in the rooms you hear everything. The bathroom very small and unacceptable, the light on the mirror propped up with tape. The shower painted with paint. The room we stayed in is also not on the hotel's website and apparently that's why we clicked on it!!!! let's choose, he came out of the kitchen door, a rather handyman took what he wanted to eat with his hands and left...
The parking lot is full of water and mud... as you can see, there is no tar anywhere but dirt.... our suitcases are a mess....
We paid 168.00 euros for 2 nights and that's because we had a discount from the booking, the normal price would have been 183.00 euros... UNACCEPTABLE!!! Coming from Ioannina to visit the city of dreams, it ruined our whole mood..
The parking lot is full of water and mud... as you can see, there is no tar anywhere but dirt.... our suitcases are a mess....

NO REFUNDS
We had booked 3 girlfriends through the platform to stay at the hotel from 7/9 to 10/9 and due to the whole situation in the country we obviously couldn't make it to Drama. The train had canceled its routes since yesterday 6/9 and when we called the hotel to inform that with all this weather we cannot travel, they did not accept to return the money from the reservation. We were only refunded 50% of the application on the platform. Zero empathy.
