Holidays in Alia Suites and Spa
1. Let's start with the panoramic pool: it was dirty (there was a brown deposit on the bottom of the pool, and on the surface of the water floated flies and small bugs). If you are expecting guests, why didn't you clean the pool in advance.
2. Reception of our part of the hotel: there was no one there all the time( the guy who should be there was constantly absent and could not solve our questions. ! Last year at the reception was constantly a girl Darina, who all helped to solve questions at any time.
3. Room cleaning: after cleaning in one of the days we took away to replace the bath towels and did not put new ones. On all our requests to bring towels (brought only when my husband went to complain to the reception, and this is after 2 days), the staff reacted with incomprehension and completely ignored our requests, as if they were not. Also when my daughter soiled the sheet and we asked to replace it, it was taken away, but did not bring a new one and my daughter had to sleep on the bed made up with her beach towel.
4- Cockroaches on the balconies with panoramic pool. Photo attached. It was disgusting and it's not that the child was frightened, here and adults will be frightened of such a size insect. ! Last year, no cockroaches and other critters were nowhere.
5. Breakfasts: no variety of food all week. Every day the same and already on the 3rd day nothing wanted to take there, except fruit and pastries with coffee.
6. Stray animals during breakfasts ( I love animals and own a cat myself, but this was out of line!!!!!) During breakfast there were a lot of stray cats sitting and yelling under the tables and begging for food. The final straw was when a cat jumped on my lap and tried to climb onto the food table. When you tried to kick it off, it yelled and hissed. This is totally unsanitary and unacceptable on the territory where there is food.
7. Staff. I have nothing against other races and nationalities, but the service they provided during our visit left much to be desired.( Last year there were no problems with the staff - everyone was responsive, polite, did not ignore the hotel guests and did not allow the presence of stray animals in the hotel restaurant.
8. Chef's knowledge of cooking techniques for guests. It is acceptable to ask the degree of roasting of meat only for beef, not for chicken or pork (they have only one degree of roasting - well done, if you don't want to get parasites). When the waiter asked about the degree of frying for the chicken for the baby, I was horrified.
