Excellent boutique hotel. Very short walking distance to Old Town but nice and quiet spot. Excellent breakfast.

Clean modern spacious room with fantastic sea outlook. Spacious balcony with hanger for wet swimmers. Comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Good position just on edge of old town. Walking distance to everything. Easy for taxi drop off and pickup.

Great Location

The service was a 10. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Roof top pool and bar with an amazing view was throughly enjoyed. Location was ideal, conveninet walk yet out of the congested old town center. Parking was easy.

Excellent location and very nice hotel

Thank you, Renata, for being so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had a wonderful panoramic view. Breakfast was ok and the staff members in the breakfast area were very kind. The location is very convenient; you can easily walk to the Old Town and to Nea Chora. The hotel was generally quiet; however, you can hear residents talking on the balcony even when you are in the room with the windows shut. Easy to get to the airport by taxi. Our feedback to the hotel, as we know they care, is that the communal stairs were not always clean. Thank you for preparing a breakfast box for us as we left at the time when the breakfast commenced, and maybe one might have hoped for a better one given that this is a 4-star hotel- we did not mind and got breakfast at the airport.

The luxury of the details and the service

Honestly, when I arrived at the hotel I expected something more glamorous, it is not a luxury hotel, but the moment you enter, the charm of the hotel embraces you, the staff is charming, the breakfast is incredible, I don't know where they got the eggs and the coffee, the vegetables, the tomatoes, such quality, a service that cooks your dish at breakfast individually, just like your coffee, the rooms are very comfortable, the temperature is very pleasant, the bed is also very comfortable and spacious, the terrace with sea views and where you can see an unparalleled sunset, on the penthouse floor it has an infinity pool, very well maintained and designed, with views of the entire Venetian harbor, just for that it is worth it, the pool bar is open until 11:00 PM and has all kinds of cocktails and wines, the gels and shampoo in the room are of exquisite quality, based on olive oil and honey, but best of all is the service, the attention, the kindness of everyone, to highlight someone, Alexia, a charming person, super pleasant, very knowledgeable, she recommended and booked us at the most charming and surprising restaurants, always attentive.
Anyway, I will surely return to Chania, since we loved it and of course we will stay at this charming hotel again.
