The negatives :
Not in a convenient location / Reception staff VERY limited English. First said we didn't have a booking, then said we hadn't paid.
Rooms : smell of sewerage coming from Bathroom drain. Hot and no Aircon. / no iron and told no housekeeping available to borrow iron./ NO TEA/COFFEE etc. / no Fridge or safe / No amenities in bath room.
Very noisy and needed to have windows left open to let air in.

Worst case!
At the reception, they shrugged their shoulders: "We have no reservation on file and no rooms available!" We were able to present the confirmation of the reservation. They were also not willing to try to book a room at another hotel. It was Pentecost Saturday and extremely difficult not to have to spend the night in the car! We were formally dismissed - they claimed there were no other options available to us.
This behavior and complete lack of customer service are totally unacceptable!

I give honest reviews but this awful hotel sends in complaints to Google if you give a low score.

Nice looking hotel with the facilities you would need, but with some serious air and ventilation issues.
The hotel looks nice, has good food, chargers for electric vehicles and in general everything one would need.
However, what it did not have was ventilation and temperature regulation. While it was only 22-23 Celsius outside when we were there, it was still extremely hot and still air in the room. Since there is no ventilation or ac, we were left with two windows that could only be opened in the top, which resulted in both bad air quality and temperatures from the moment we came to the moment we went.
Until proper ventilation is sorted, our advise is to be as few as possible on the room and make sure to book a stay when it’s colder outside.
