I had a great experience at Arch. The hotel is very central, ideally located. There is some street noise in the evening due to proximity to cafes and street life (if the windows toward the back of the hotel are open), but I found it a pleasant way to partake in the energy of the old city.
The daily room cleaning was excellent. The staff took note of my habits and cleaned in so to support me (e.g. layout of the bed, and bottles of water).
I highly recommend the hotel!

Great stay

Very nice hotel, pleasant atmosphere.
I can only recommend it.
Very friendly staff, every guest feels like a VIP there.

Location good - but ...

the small rooms serve their purpose, as they are only intended to sleep
Cons:
Ventilation in the bathroom is coupled with light and has a long lag time. Better to turn on the room light when using the toilet at night, otherwise it is difficult to get back to sleep
Walls are very thin! Snoring, talking and coughing from the next room were loudly audible (to me)
Tip for the building technician:
The inserts on the taps (perlators) would be very happy about a vinegar bath
when partying downstairs in the pubs, the narrow streets upstairs make it well (too good) - but the hotel can't help it

Quaint, room that was very spacious, friendly, helpful staff and a great location for access to the Altstadt.

Right in the heart of the City - very convenient for going to the Opera.
