Unforgettably wonderful birthday party

We celebrated the 80th anniversary. Birthday on 10.11.24 in this wonderful hotel. Perfect organization, Excellent food, appetizing specialties, refined game soup "Halali", dessert "Coffee Käthe", very friendly service. Thanks to Pauline, who read every wish from our eyes.

Absolutely okay - with very good and friendly service.

Very positive:
Reception / front desk - very friendly, very quick.
Breakfast service - very friendly.
Breakfast - absolutely sufficient, though no real highlights to mention.
Average:
Room: clean, tidy, a bit dated; wooden cabin "simple," large bathroom but in "standard white," without a window and air vent, but with a loud fan instead.
Pricing: reasonable, but it wouldn't have been worth any more.
Problematic:
for rooms facing the back, you strangely run the risk of noise - on both evenings/nights, teenagers who had obviously drunk too much were shouting behind the house. It's not the hotel's fault, but if you're in the back, then as high up as possible.
Okay for two nights on a short business trip, especially due to the location (very easy to reach from the highway) and the ample parking available directly at the market or behind the house.

Best restaurant and Hotel in the Region

The outstanding hotel with conference facilities will give you the curiosity to ask for it's restaurant where you discover the Bavarian tradition in a natural cavern in the stone.
You can find fish still swimming and you can catch it and eventually eat it. All the products are natural and coming from wild life. Personally I've chosen a wild Mushroom soup and the wild "Bock" meat. It was extra good. The final surprise is the Bill which is still done like 100 years ago, with a wood stick. It was an amazing experience that I can never forget. Don't hesitate to visit the place. Bravo to the Owners and all the team.

Nice local hotel; great restaurant in the cellar

The hotel is very nice restored a few years ago. It is a nice local hotel, with TV an WIFI (paid) in the room. Staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the best item is the restaurant in the cellar. The wine and food was very good and one of the attractions is the pond in the restaurant. If you want you can catch your own fish and they serve you this fish! The hotel is perfect if you have to stay in this area, good choice! The hotel has also several meeting rooms.
