Unfortunately No Recommend !
First, the positive aspects: The exterior appearance of the hotel and the entrance area are very appealing and well maintained. Also the size and design of the rooms are basically beautiful and modern.
Unfortunately, however, our stay was severely affected by significant shortcomings. We had two rooms reserved for one night and didn't check in until around 21:45–22:00. After completing our formalities, we wanted to order another coffee or drink. However, we were informed that after 22:00 no coffee service was possible, which we found very surprising.
The biggest shock, however, awaited us in the room: On the pillows and duvet were numerous (about 8–9) long hair and impurities. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned – the toilet was used and dirty, and dirt deposits had accumulated both at the sink and elsewhere for a long time.
We reported this immediately to the reception. After about an hour we were able to switch to another room, which was much cleaner in comparison.
The next morning we made our complaint again at the reception. However, the reaction to this has disappointed and shocked us even more.
It is really unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel is in such a state and is handled with legitimate complaints from guests in such a way. This is in no way up to the standard you can expect for the price you paid.
We hope that something will improve here urgently!!

Gym was locked in the morning, had to search for staff to open it.
Breakfast avarage, eggs cold, not as it was year ago.
