super cool

Very friendly staff and attentive, nice... nice place for travel guests. The place is so far from airport. and also easily accessible by transport.

Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy,
The biggest issue happened on the day of check-out. The official check-out time was 11:00 AM, but at around 9:30 AM, housekeeping staff entered and started cleaning 2 of our rooms even though we had not checked out. We were having breakfast at the hotel restaurant from around 9:00 AM, and the staff clearly saw that we were still guests in the hotel.
When we returned and asked why they were cleaning our rooms before check-out, the housekeeping staff told us they had received information from reception. To make matters even worse, one of our rooms had already been locked, despite the fact that we had not checked out yet.
I raised this issue with both the receptionist and the manager, expecting at least an apology. Instead, they casually told me that this is "normal" at their hotel. They explained that once guests leave the room, even temporarily, they start preparing and cleaning it. They also said that if they knock on the door and receive no response, they assume the room is vacant and enter to begin cleaning.
This is completely unacceptable. Guests have the right to use their rooms until the official check-out time, and hotel staff should never enter or lock a room before checkout without permission.
What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the receptionist and manager. There was no apology, no understanding, and no attempt to resolve the situation. When I said I would file a complaint, the response was simply, "Okay, no worries."
Between the non-functioning AC in two rooms, the poor solution of providing only fans, the housekeeping entering rooms before checkout, and the dismissive attitude of the staff and management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy, comfort, and professional customer service.

Seems nice but no AC and no effort to fix it.

Traveled here with a large group, so we had about 9 rooms. Rooms are small but nice. The hotel, in general, is also nice and has a good vibe. This hotel does have AC; however, it was not working in most rooms. The staff was apologetic for the heat and provided small fans when asked; however, we were told the hotel doesn’t actually have AC, they have ‘ventilation.’ This was clearly not true because some of the rooms were ice boxes. If you are not used to sleeping in the heat, I would skip this hotel as the ventilation is barely enough to stand.
We were traveling with a large group, so we had about nine rooms. The rooms are small but cozy. The hotel itself is also nice and has a good view. There is indeed an air conditioning system, but it did not work in most rooms. The staff apologized for the heat and provided small fans upon request. However, we were told that the hotel does not have air conditioning, only ventilation. This was obviously not true, as some rooms were ice cold. If you are not used to heat, you should avoid this hotel, as the ventilation is barely sufficient to stay in.

Reasonable VFM

The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

A normal budget hitel with a good location

I find it a bit unusual that you have to pay for luggage storage even as a hotel guest - I don't know that from other hotels so far. Apart from that, for the price (about 20€ per night, shared 4 bed room) completely justifiable. Ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight - about 5min from the S train station.
