Weekend break in Berlin

Good hotel. Clean rooms and warm (it was -8 outside). Only a short walk to underground station. we were on 7th floor so very quiet.
We had a bit of a problem getting some milk for tea/coffee (we're English) and we eventually bought our own.
There was also a data breach prior to arrival, apparently the hotel were aware for those booking though Booking.com but we had booked direct. I don't think was was managed well.

Retired seniors on budget trip

Nice location on quiet street, few minutes away from U2 station and bus stops. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores within minutes. Walking 17 min to museum island or bus 147. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are basic, but all clean and comfortable. Room cleaning upon request. Tea, coffee and kettle in room, liquid soap (no shampoo and conditioner, no shower cap - but it is OK, just be prepared) in bathroom, good water pressure in shower.

Perfect night

Came here not expecting a lot but was surprised with friendly staff and a nice room for the night. There was a breakfast but we headed out erly and about a 20min walk to the strip. Perfect!

Location top, accommodation flop..

The location of the hotel is great, very centrally located with direct access to the subway.
We were received nicely, the check-in went quickly and smoothly.
When we took the elevator up, we thought the elevator was about to crash down. (This should be serviced urgently).
On the hallway it was very warm and high humidity.
Once in the room, there was a musty smell, the windows completely misted from the inside because there was such high humidity in the room. The walls looked like the previous visitors scraped past it several times with suitcases/shoes.
In the bathroom the same game, the window was completely wet and all around everything with black stick/mold spots. The shower looked similar. The silicone was remade but the joints were partly with black mold.
Everything went very fast again at check-out. You had to hand in the room cards and then you could leave. No wondering what the stay was like, whether everything was fine or similar.
Personally, I cannot recommend the hotel, as the problem with the mold has a negative effect on human health.

Good location. Terrible beds and pillows.

We had four nights and the best thing is the central location. The room is small. The bathroom door hits the bed when opened. That’s how small the room is.
The twin beds are appalling. Super soft mattresses and the worst pillows I’ve ever experienced.
The room was stuffy and too hot. The bathroom is good. Excellent shower.
The reception staff were efficient and pleasant.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
