Simple and good ZWo-hotel room
Wonderful breakfast at extra cost. Sauna at no extra cost.
Very helpful people at the front desk.
Double check the information on the flyers: not always corresponding to the reality!

Nice deal
Big comfortable rooms, maybe not always perfectly clean and prepared but ok.
Ideal place to relax and rest a moment after a business day.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and our breakfast.
It is true that our restaurant where the breakfast is served is seperated from our reception by a little footwalk of round about two minutes- however the path leading to the restaurant is partly roofed and of course looked after and cleared of snow during the winter. Additionally, there are umbrellas in every room and in the public area of the hotel which can be used to reach the restaurant without wet feet.
Our housekeeping is doing its best to guarantee you a perfectly clean stay in our rooms- if the cleanliness of the rooms should not meet your demands please inform our reception about this.

Zwo by Hotel Friends is great value
My 5th floor room was clean, bright and airy, with a great bathroom, plenty of hanging space, mini-bar and comfortable bed. No complaints at all, and it represents excellent value in an area very conveniently situated for touring. The on site Brauhaus Restaurant is excellent, with good value food, nicely served by friendly staff. I would certainly stay again if in the area.

We are sorry for the little confusion there was with regards to the whereabouts of your room- normally we inform the guests staying in our house "ZWO" about the location of this segment of our hotel.
We would also like to excuse our selves for the smell in the public area. This is not regularly the case and the cause of this inconvenience has only been temporary.
