the family-run country inn is highly recommended. The rooms, food and Service were excellent. Special requests were met and the warm atmosphere allowed us a great stay.

Great hotel in Beilngries

We stayed here on the round trip our stopover and are delighted with this hotel. The reservation over the internet was completely problem-free and our poppy room was really great. It was very large with separate bathroom and toilet and in impeccable condition. The parking behind the house is very large. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was nothing was missing. We can fully recommend this place and will stay there again on our next trip to Italy.

Absolutely horrible!

It was a family event, we had there and the only good thing was the food. The waitresses were very stressed an unfriendly, we didn't get all ordered meals, the personell could not deal with the time for tea and dinner. We were not satisfied, but for that we had to pay a very expensive bill :(

The food is a reason to take the detour from Autobahn

To get here from the Autobahn between Nuremberg and Munich one needs to take a maybe 10-20km detour, but the food is well worth it. We visited here by accident (bad traffic jam on main street, so driving the smaller streets), but quite likely will visit again on purpose. The restaurant provides product from their own butcher and they have some smaller cold dishes in the afternoon when the kitchen is otherwise closed. Still, those "small" dishes are plenty: I had a "Wurstsalat" and had to fight a bit to be able to finish it, the same thing was with the "Leberkäse". Furthermore, the service was extremely friendly and prompt.
