Calm stay

Our experiences of the hotel were mixed. It was terrible to arrive to a cold hotel room. It took some hours to warm It up. The staff were generally friendly and helpful but It often fehlt like they didn't know what to do. The breakfast was fine and the new year party too. Nothing exciting but good. What we liked was that we always sat at the same table with the same people. So we got to know each other, that was lovely. The room service didn't really work, only once and once we only got fresh towels. The owner explained to us that 2 members of staff phoned in ill. I feel sorry about that but I am a guest too. The hotel Interieur is pretty, the restaurant is cosy and beautiful.

Price / performance too expensive

Check in via tablet, missing hint about the creation of the room cards, here you had to first discover and read the hints (glued to the counter) separately. Poorly thought out. No Wi-Fi password, no longer acceptable in today's digital age. Restaurant has closed and probably won’t reopen, very bad if you are hungry. ⍀️Room old and worn out, everywhere cobwebs, TV unfortunately mounted crookedly on the wall, was no spirit level available?
In the bathroom there was an opened vial of body lotion, very bad. This is where the cleaning staff failed. Bathroom with bathtub but at the bathtub edge a soap ring, here has not been cleaned for a long time. Unfortunately, the only positive is the mattress, nothing more. Also annoying is the street lighting, which was on all night and the hotel room lit up brightly. Breakfast I had not ordered, 15 euros I found too expensive for this region.
The rooms should really be renovated and also thoroughly cleaned.

Hotel for a short stay

Hotel is well located with its own parking. Clean room that is very dated. Self check-in is very simple and fast. Creek flow right next to the hotel.

Practical house

Practical, central, clean, spacious, I checked in electronically at reception. Quiet house, nice view.
