A lovely spot in a quiet part of the main island.

Our hut at Bora Bora Bungalove was on the water’s edge with a deck area overhanging the water. Great and comfortable big bed. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower and two sinks. The main room was gorgeous with a high wooden ceiling and wooden shutters on the windows. Like a tiki house! The kitchen was well equipped and great having olive oil, soy sauce and other common items to use. The information folder was very helpful and we liked the library of books too. Lovely garden.
It was a little far from cafes and places to eat. We rented a car as we didn’t feeling confident about cycling as the roads were quite busy and it was very windy and raining during our stay.
The payment was not clear to us - it was via Paypal and maybe lost something in the language translation. We paid but it went to the wrong place and Paypal returned the payment to me after we'd been home a month. In the meantime the owner thought I hadn't paid and I thought I had. It was all sorted in the end. but was frustrating and I am not sure I'd book a place again where I cannot pay on my credit card.
We very much enjoyed the visiting cat who spent a lot of time with us!

Fine but!

We rented BUNGALOVE version 2 bedrooms the site is very nice by the lagoon and we had a pleasant stay. However it should be noted a difference in comfort between the two rooms the WIFI connection is very capricious. Watch out for the ad that offers a rental with 2 bedrooms and 4 people at the price of 152€ per night and you discover that there is an extra charge of 20€ per night on the pretext that you are 4 and that you occupy the 2nd room.

Rental of two bedrooms with separate kitchen and outdoor bathroom
Suitable for 4 people
A room with air conditioning and well insulated
Second bedroom with fan and no insulation so difficult to sleep with dogs barking all night
Equipped kitchen, filter coffee machine
Outdoor bathroom
Good bedding in the air-conditioned room
Spring bed aging in the second
Cleaning redone in the toilet arriving by us because dirty..
View with sunset in the bay on the terrace on stilts at the top!

A slice of heaven

I visited Annette in May 2019 and this must have been one of the best values i have ever had. Your bungalow sits right on the water with great snorkeling and not being a resort you really have the chance to get immersed into the daily life on the island.
The sunsets are amazing off the porch.
Annette will let you know about events going on that you won't be aware of when staying in those fance resorts.
I absolutely would stay again.
