Incredible food & setting
I am a Hilton Diamond Member and have dined at hundreds of Hilton restaurants, but this by far the best ever. Seafood dinner was incredible and so was the service. Outdoor seating over the ocean. Multiple large sea turtles, hundreds of fish, crabs, and an octopus.

Expansive poor quality for very hihi price. The papeete most expansive glass of wine. Table to be avoided

Convenient for Cruise Terminal and airport
Booked for two nights after cruise around South Pacific. Hour queue for taxi on disembarcation. Many had same idea so arrived at hotel 0900 and check-in at 1500 so six hours to kill. Had meal in all-day restaurant for lunch, bit pricey.
Got room key 1515. All rooms sea/pool facing in five storey block. Long walk from Reception to end of block. Room had tea/coffee/safe. Nice view of gardens/pool, no beach. Evening meal barely warm, replacement similar. Weekends at certain times of year have brunch at 90 US dollars, unfortunately my weekend and all I wanted was an omelette. Spoke to Food & Beverage Manager who refunded me. Hotel takes advantage of closeness to cruise terminal and airport price-wise.

Disappointing Experience for a Special Celebration
I am currently staying at the Hilton Tahiti, having checked in last night, and I am utterly disappointed with my experience so far. As a Diamond member, I expected a certain level of service and recognition, especially since we are celebrating two significant milestones: my anniversary and my daughter’s 16th birthday. Instead, I was met with indifference.
There was no welcome amenity upon arrival, no room upgrade, and not even a simple acknowledgment of our celebrations. After waiting for 15 minutes at the front desk, I realized that Lisa, the front desk manager, wasn’t budging on the upgrade. I expressed my concern, stating I wouldn’t be happy if there wasn’t an acknowledgment of our special occasions. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, there was still no recognition.
After another 30 minutes on the phone with Lisa, she finally sent up some fruit and a dessert, but by that point, it felt too little, too late. The excitement of our vacation has already been overshadowed.
This is my third stay at Hilton Tahiti, and I can confidently say this experience has been the most disappointing. It’s unacceptable to feel overlooked, especially when we chose to spend our hard-earned money here during such a special time. I had hoped for a memorable experience, but instead, it feels like we are just another reservation.
I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. If you’re considering a stay here to celebrate something special, think twice.

Place was great. If good coffee and good cocktails is something important to you, bring your own coffee, and explain in detail how you like your drinks as compared to just ordering what’s in the menu.
