We did not see any personnel and there were several things that did not work in the room including bed lamps, but we were very happy that we could make tea and coffee and there were snacks and juice available. Very noisy floor and uncomfortable bed.

Bad hotel

NB! There is no elevator, so this hotel is not suitable for seniors, poor bones or if you are transporting a baby cart up/down every day.
We stayed here in connection with DanaCup, so we were not so much in the room (fortunately). This is an old hotel, so do not expect modern standard on anything.
There is no ac or ventilation in the room or bathroom. The window in the room must be open all the time (if you want air), so there is a lot of noise from the outside.
The room was not washed within 5 days. We found out that if you want the room to be washed, you have to inform the reception (which closes at 15 every day).
The floor in the hotel room swings and knicks (when a child walks there).
The bathroom: It's mold, it smells like sewage, and it's no drain. Just disgusting! The towel will not be changed unless you give notice.
Breakfast buffet: There is good food in the buffet, but a little poor selection.
Plus: There is free parking at the hotel. 2 electric car chargers that work (these are not free).

Clean room with a good bed and OK bathroom. Ventilation was bad. Needed to keep window open to get air, but then you also get noise (traffic + and people talking outside). Breakfast was OK but expensive with regards to what you get. Reception was closed most of the time which was not great. Location was fine and parking option was good. Also had elctrical car charging options (3 chargers).

- Poor service from start to finish
-The bathroom was not clean, it also has no heat source
-The room was not clean, and there grew mold in the wall to the wall carpet, almost no light
I'm diabetic and had to put on a headlamp to see when I put insulin
-Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced
