Harvey without Spa
The location of the hotel is beautiful on a park / forest area that invites you to walk. The center is also reachable in a few minutes.
Room
The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need. But whether a bathtub with a very high (!) Entry must be installed, I doubt.
Restaurant
The food is very, very good. The service at dinner unfortunately extremely poor. Despite a reserved table, you are put off for up to 45 minutes or sent away altogether with the indication of capacity limits, although several tables are available.
You could also simply invite the hotel guests for a drink or swipe "a la carte" at short notice and offer the really delicious buffet.
But that would require the four waiters to move.
Spa / wellness
The hotel advertises on behalf of spa, the generally accessible area is not worth mentioning. Far too small for the size of guests and completely without windows.
At the pool there are 4 (!) Deck chairs. The area by the sauna with another 16 (!) Lying down cannot be used in the morning. And Sunday closes everything already at 6:00 p.m. because there's a big cleaning. I can't understand why you don't clean in the morning when it's closed anyway.
So one can only hope that the treatments are timely, otherwise one can spend the meantime in the room.
Applications
The applications are perfectly fine. The area large. There are also cosmetic rooms in this area, but no cosmetic treatments are offered. It is more of a stripped-down version of baths and massages.
Other
The hotel is probably rebuilding a few parts (currently there is not really a reception) and apologizes from the outset about any inconvenience. You could still react flexibly and not pass everything on to the conversion and understanding of the guest.
Conclusion
All in all a nice place that places great value on cleanliness. The design is very appealing.
The wellness area as well as the restaurant are completely wrongly planned in my opinion. But you could still make something of it if internal processes are reconsidered and reviewed. Luckily, the competition in the area is great and the guest has the choice.

The problems began immediately in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking constantly, and worse still, the shower itself leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle every time we used it. This made the bathroom not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous.
The housekeeping service was practically non-existent. Throughout our entire stay, our room was only cleaned once, and even that was a bare minimum effort. The cleaner simply made the bed and left fresh towels. We had to call down to reception multiple times just to request basic necessities like additional toilet roll and towels, which should have been replenished as standard.
The room itself was in poor condition. The carpet had visible wear and tear patches throughout, giving the entire space a tired, neglected appearance. For the price we paid, this level of maintenance is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.
