Location is really convenient as it is directly connected to Shenzhen University MTR station Line 13.
Once I enter the L46 Lobby, I get impressed by the magnificent city scape. Check-in/out are quite smooth.
The room is spacious, nicely designed, and clean.
Swimming pool at L48 is quite nice. There are only two lanes; however, only one or two swimmers are there usually.
It would have been perfect if they provide a swimming suit spinner.
Breakfast is not expensive; however, the quality is just ok compared to other brands.
Overall CP value is quite high and would love to come back again.

Beautiful modern hotel with luxury finishes. Don't miss the lap pool and hot tub. I enjoyed watching myself in the mirrored ceiling over the pool. Lobby is on the 46th floor. Whoa! Highly sophisticated lighting controls in the room. Don't even have to select your floor when returning to your room; just swipe your room key and the elevator does the rest.

All facilities was good, but the staff was not helpful at all. We have another booking with birthday celebration. But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.

Nice decor and good location. Just one thing that swim hat is required for using swimming pool. So sad that I don't have and cannot use it for entire stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, organized, clean, and neat.  It also had a great view with a small couch and a table by the window, it was nice to work while watching a great view.  The staff was nice and it did not take too long to check in or check out. They offer luggage keeping service.
Personally, I like the structure of shower room and washroom, placement of the bathtub, selections of teas and drip bag (they have decaf), hair dryer, large window.
The location is great too. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport, and it is just right above the metro station, I would say one minute walk.
Although you have to transfer one time, it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the Futian station where you can take the train to get to Hong Kong. 

I would definitely like to visit here again when I travel to Shenzhen next time.
