Mr Tomsion Wu service is one of the best so far I have stayed. Service recovery at his best. Sincere and warm.

Excellent location!

A grand hotel in an excellent location. Really nice lobby and its great they have a Marriot Bonvoy Check in area which really saves time for people who are eligible to use it as the check in queues were very large here.
Rooms were nice but probably could do with a bit of modernizing for a 5 star hotel. As there were construction works one of the towers was noisy but staff were more than happy to move me to the other tower. The lobby area is fantastic and footfall through this hotel was busy. Its also connected to a shopping area with a food hall and many restaurants so plenty of food options. Breakfast at the hotel was really good.
Location was great with many free shuttles that could take you to many places in Macau. The Grand Sheraton was also right next door to another big hotel, The Londoner and across the street from The Venetian.
Hotel Billing could be improved as took almost a month to refund a credit card hold. Staff here are excellent, including reception, bellboys and security staff.

Awesomeness!

Beautiful, posh hotel with the best services by the cheerful staff
Room is very spacious. The beds and beddings were so so comfortable.
Bathroom and bathtub were generous is size. We bought bath bombs from LUSH and had a relaxing time! The robes towels and amenities were aplenty. This Hotel is for the Guests - they just want to make our stay enjoyable!

Nice hotel in a wonderful location

This hotel is in a wonderful location, in the thick of all the action, shopping and eateries. The staff are very helpful and friendly staff. However, please do note that they are undergoing renovations (estimated to complete sometime in 2025) and you may have to bear with the noise and the inconveniences associated with it.

Subpar

The room was subpar, unwelcoming, had no ambiance and smells damp and dusty. The location is conveniently located and the atmosphere was vibrant outside the hotel though, hopefully the management will put more effort on it's hospitality and room comfort...a standard you'll expect from a reputable brand.
