Great hot breakfast until 10am. Very friendly staff. Had a King with sofa sleeper and lots of extra space for bags. It was nice having a full size mirror beyond just having one in the bathroom. Microwave, refrigerator with tiny freezer and a safe were part of the room.
It is directly on a main bus line downtown which helps eliminate the need to move your car from the underground parking.

Disappointing stay
We stayed here over the weekend, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. Parking was confusing at first, you have to drive around the back of the building, and if the 15-minute check-in parking is full, you’re left trying to figure out where to go. There’s also an additional charge if you want to use their secure basement parking.
We were assigned room 427, which, surprisingly, wasn’t clearly marked anywhere. My husband had to go back down to ask for help. It would have been helpful if the staff had explained where to go ahead of time.
Another disappointment was that the hotel is still being remodeled, and the website never mentioned this. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the construction area which we can clearly hear in the morning.
The swimming pool was also unavailable, there was no clear information about it. All we saw were tiles, and it appeared to still be under construction.
The night before we checked out, there was also a disturbance a couple of rooms down, someone was screaming, and there was a lot of commotion. Police and security responded but didn’t stay long.
The hotel is pet-friendly, but there is a $35 CAD fee per night. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing special, but decent enough.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and even a Starbucks just a few steps away. The staff was also friendly, which is the main reason I’m giving this one star.
That said, the room itself is big but the bathroom looks dirty and unfinished. The kitchen was missing basic items like paper towels or a dish towel, and there was nowhere to dry dishes.
Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a perfect spot for our concert across the street. The hotel was under construction, but that didnt bother us. Breakfast was good, location was great, room was clean!

The walls are a bit thin. So I could really hear the people in all of the other rooms. But overall, it was a nice stay.
