Complaint/deception with non-care

I don't recommend this Inn, my husband and I went on September 14/24, we arrived in the room had a large tube TV on the floor, we asked to arrange because the channels didn't work, a man who works there tried to arrange, couldn't and nobody came back to give us some clarification, the ceiling fan was broken, we didn't arrange, we spent the night there pq we were very tired and we left the next morning, we were very unhappy

NEVER AGAIN...would be the title.

Never in 63 years of existence have I been in a place so poorly maintained, fans and televisions that don't work, mattresses torn, fridge completely broken, rooms dirty, wiring all exposed, where the parking lot appears in the photo, there is no restaurant building falling down, the kitchen is broken falling apart, pool with access broken with water leaking, rusty slide, all pool chairs broken or breaking apart from being dirty like the pools, games room, field are not there falling apart.
I could have included so many other things...we just didn't leave before even getting in because of the birthday of a friend who reserved the place, plus dogs scattered everywhere, it's not cheap for what it offers...na If you have any doubts, just read the comments... rubbish.

NOT FOR FREE!!! RUN AWAY.

I can't believe this place still works. The owners should be ashamed of cheating people. The place has nothing good, bathrooms, rooms, swimming pool, precarious facilities. The day someone dies in this place, then they will take action, and don't think this is an exaggeration, as the electrical installations were shorted out and could catch fire at any moment. I was pregnant when I went to this horror show, the light bulb in my room blew out in the middle of the night, and the pieces almost fell on my 4 year old son. And when someone makes a complaint, those responsible say the customer is "wanting luxury." Lack of respect and responsibility!

FUJAOOOOOOO

Tudo horrivel, lugar abandonado.
Fiquei no quarto número 1, cama e colchão horrível, nunca passei uns dias tão ruim.
Telhas de aranha, quarto cheira a mofo, roupa de cama e toalha cheira a mofo.
Restaurante, comida fria.
Cozinha suja, toalhas mesas sujas.
Enfim, passou da hora de fechar essa espelunca.
As fotos não condiz com a verdade.

FUJAM !!!!!

Péssimo lugar !!!!
Local mau cuidado, passei o Natal de 2020 com a família, e o que compensou foi a companhia deles, pois se dependesse do Hotel seria péssimo.
Piscina com escorregador, escadinha, ducha, mesas e cadeiras tudo quebrado !!!!........ pasmem enferrujado.
Quartos com bichos e traças, portas e frigobar quebrados.
Restaurante sem luz, não por ser a luz de velas, mas por ser um local extremamente escuro e sem lâmpadas, em uma determinada noite tivemos que acender a lanterna do celular para comer. Para completar, sem bebida e gelo (esqueceram de comprar latas de refrigerante em pleno Natal, e não faziam suco natural).
Sujeira, entulho, vidros, material de construção espalhado em todo lugar, sem o Hotel estar em reforma, uma verdadeira bagunça.............
