Very clean hotel, super nice Mood, simple but tasty breakfast, four functional, comfortable bed, very good sheets, exceptional service. I'll always come back.

Very comfortable

Beautiful hotel, well decorated, spectacular breakfast, 2 pillow options, 1 down option. The shower box is small but for my family it was peaceful. I would definitely go back! The only thing I missed was the shower in the bathroom. Otherwise, spectacular.

Monopolies breed abuse! Never!!!

I booked the room more than 15 days in advance for my boss precisely because I needed a small peculiarity due to an orthopedic problem: in the voucher, it was guaranteed that it would be a double bed, but when I arrived at the hotel, in addition to being placed in a room with a double bed, single, there was a leak in the bathroom in the upstairs shower, something totally disgusting, unhygienic. When complaining, they said there was no room to change because the hotel was full. And what does the guest have to do with it, after all, he booked 15 DAYS AGO! Why didn't they reject the entry of people and close the room for maintenance instead of "throwing the guest" in the leaky room to guarantee the overnight stay (S) in any condition whatsoever? Unable to go to another hotel late at night, what about the guest? And who cares? Shame on me, secretary, for subjecting my boss to this! People don’t travel 1200km and leave the comfort of home to get through it! What's more, there was no apology at any time!!! And you have to spend the night in that room if you want "someone will see tomorrow" while "they try to allocate it to another room tomorrow". What do you mean, try??? Swap the guest room with someone you admitted at the last minute out of mere liberality and don't make me feel this shame! The pretext is that they didn't know and another flaw: how come they didn't see it at the previous check-out??? And if they didn't see it, that's not the guest's problem! And they still treat you as "problematic" when the problem is their lack of professionalism when dealing with something so serious! It's disgusting! The guest takes a shower with a leak from the shower above???? Where have you seen this before? And they tell me "it's perfectly sanitized"??? This is offending my intelligence!!! Never again, I don't recommend it! Never!!! That's what makes them a monopoly!

If I say the hotel stay felt like home away from home, it won't justify it. The Stay at work hotel goes beyond that....the staff makes sure you feel like you have known them all your life with their extra attentive support and service.
I don't think i will stay anywhere else on my subsequent visit back to Sao Leopoldo.

Convenient to UNISINOS, incredible breakfast buffet

Clean, modern, homey hotel that's perfect for anyone visiting Unisinos in Sao Leopoldo. Breakfast - included in most reservations - is incredible. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, granola, eggs to order, cereal. I've paid more than 20USD for comparable buffets. Staff is super friendly, and the lobby area is a great place to meet or just relax. They host a happy hour every afternoon with pao de quiejo and beer. Great value overall.
