LAZER CONFORTLY
The structure of the resort is excellent, and the contact with nature is constant. The lagoon is serene and offers a charming view. The breakfast is varied and very well presented. Every detail reflects the care with the guest.

RISK TO HEALTH AND SAFETY: The reality away from Marketing (Amateur Hospitality)
Unfortunately, my experience at the Village Resort was disappointing and, worse, worrying. The hotel has an excellent marketing and infrastructure with potential, but the execution of the service is a lack of respect to the guest.
The main reason for this negative assessment is the lack of hygiene, health and safety:
Sanitary risk and dirt: The "shore", visually beautiful, was filled with stools of capivara, an obvious health risk. The lack of cleaning is general: the plate area in the restaurant was filthy (from the floor to the ceiling), the "chalet" dirty and the restaurant bathroom was 3 days straight without available soap.
Inexistent Water Safety: The hotel has several pools and the beach, but I was scared to see that there are no lifeguards or any staff overseeing these areas.
Danger in Space Kids: Children's safety is a failure. The "pula-pula" was completely distended/mole; my son jumped, injured the spine (nothing serious), but I had to take him to the hospital. Also, there is no access control: I took my son out of space and no monitor saw or checked. I also watched children alone in the dark cinema with unknown adults, without supervision.
Precary Maintenance: The "farm" is a lame (a simple gravel is missing), stumbling on the children's feet.
Other negative points that made the stay bad:
Check-in: Absurd delay of 1h30, disorganized.
Accommodations: I had to change room. The first had a stained mirror, a bed with a broken foot and a frigobar poorly positioned in the middle of the way. The second room was better, but there was no blackout and the halllight invaded the room all night.
Service and Food: Employees of ugly face who don't salute. The food is repetitive, no variety and nothing appetizing. Towels were missing in the pool on a cold day (they alleged a problem in the laundry), forcing families to leave wet in the wind.
Summary: The hotel is "larged". They sell a resort image, but deliver amateur service and dangerous facilities. Not recommended, especially for those who care about family safety.

Excellent welcome.
Extremely demanding, organized and available staff. We were in a group of almost 300 people and we had no intercourse.
They met all our expectations.

Explored place
I went with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The romantic climate of the Village is perfect, every detail has been thought out for the well-being of the guest. The cottage had a beautiful and cosy view, and the candlelight dinner was simply memorable. The staff is extremely attentive and welcoming, always available for any need. We felt that every moment was special, from breakfast to final rest on the balcony grid.

Bad cost benefit.
I'm staying in Premium Room 701, and would like to leave here my reviews on our first night.
I don't know why the room is Premium, it's simple, the box floor of two colors stained coating, does not have a dryer in the bathroom, broken trash, no lid, water fo shower without pressure, summarizing the room, nothing I can praise.
About allinclusive:
Poor quality food, yesterday's dinner was cold, meat was available, fish was cold, beef was tough, and chicken with a sauce, without taste...
We went to the hamburger/pizzeria, and no good surprises, continued the poor quality, the pizzas, only two flavors, even frozen pizza is better than the ones that served me here.
Hamburgers, serious, burger design, dried bread, with some poor quality ingredients in the filling, a bite already served for me to drop the rest.
Picole, I went in the afternoon pick up for my daughters, I think there was about 100 Picole available, all taste pineapple kkkk...
We booked 3 days, worth almost R$ 4000,00, not justifying, not coming back, and not recommending!
