Perfect for those travelling with children!

My stay at Hotel Chalé Lagoa dos Ingás was simply wonderful. The place is beautiful, quiet and ideal for families traveling with children.
The environment is safe, welcoming and conveys a lot of peace, which makes all the difference for those with the little ones. The chalets are comfortable, well cared for and very cozy, offering practicality and comfort for the whole family.
The care was excellent, always with a lot of attention and affection, including with the children. The outdoor area and surrounding nature enchant and make the experience even more special.
Everything was impeccable from beginning to end. Highly recommended for families and will definitely come back!

I was not lucky

It was a long time and not that I didn't go to that hotel. I thought it would be good, but I was disappointed. The high price is not worth it. The room was filled with mold on the walls, peeled painting and a very rough bathroom. The room I stayed in urgently needs a renovation. 400 per day is absurd. Good breakfast, but could be better. Service from the receptionist very good.

Very good!

A nice place, excellent for children and very good to rest. Close to the city centre and a great breakfast. The only thing though is that the TV in our room had no connection to the Internet, but did not compromise the whole. We like it!

Charming hotel chale

The hotel is very good, it exceeded my expectations in the niche to which it is proposed. Charming cabins, huge bed. The place charms, as if it was a beautiful village. The breakfast is top, has everything you want and the people who make it all work are wonderful. The restaurant staff. Of the caring breakfast and a lot of good. Anderson from the reception was a sweet, polite, patient and very kind. Congratulations to everyone.
