Room full of cockroaches

I was at the hotel on a business trip and booked a room in this hotel with payment on the counter.
When entering the room there were dozens of mini cockroaches, both on the walls around the bed and inside the box.
I left immediately and requested the cancellation and refund to the reception, which refused to do.
In addition to poor hygiene, the hotel still acts completely dishonestly.

Economic option

Hotel is worth the price charged, but does not have an elevator, the rooms are a little old, as well as the bedding and bathrobes. Reasonable breakfast and reception works well. I recommend for those who are passing through the city of Ipatinga and will not pass many days.

Accepted our need.

Clean room, clean air conditioning and running. Good breakfast, well varied, reception staff very attentive and polite. He met our needs. I did not like the door that the lock gave problems and we had to use the key instead of the magnetic card.

Rooms are very small, many without windows. Building with major leaks after heavy rain. Breakfast was average. It is a convenient hotel for a short stay if you're on a budget, but there are better hotels nearby.
