Very good

The hotel is very good. We've been about 4 times. There's a farm, an ox cart ride, horse riding, a swimming pool, a magic show,... Lots of cool things to get out of your routine and enjoy in the mountains with the kids. The scenery is breathtaking, the place is so beautiful.

All very good, but on the exit unpleasant surprise

Good structure, good service, good cuisine, but the pools are not cleaned frequently, remaining with the dull and oily water. The charge of service fee at the checkout was not mentioned at any time during the reservation, making the 10% discount on pix, nonexistent.

RESORT POUCO FUNCIONAL

I bought a diary at Ecoland on a second Tuesday, along with my 14-year-old son.
The value of the daily was over R$ 300,00 real. We arrived at 14hrs on Monday, I went to enjoy the pool in the main area and to my surprise the same was banned due to maintenance (I was directed to another secondary pool that existed at the Resort, but I was accommodated because I was not warned that on this specific day could not enjoy the area of the main pool, being that this other pool was much lower than another), if you can not use on Monday due to maintenance, the ideal is that you notify the guests and maybe even a discount in the daily daily of this day, it is a minimum that is expected.
Around 16hrs I went to the responsible kiosk where you remove rods and bait for fishing, arriving there, it was closed. I went to the reception, and he provided me with a stick for fishing, but as he was with my son I requested another stick and the bait for fishing, the same did not have and said that it was for me to look around the resort to see if any guests had left any there, I found it was omiss and uninterested in solving this problem, finally, I went fishing with one, me and my son. Some structures in the bays of the fishing area are rotten and almost falling (the probability of some accident there is high, as the bays are around 2 to 4 meters deep), because they are largely wooden structures, I preferred not to risk and fish on the edge of the bays. Another thing that left me uncomfortable is the fact of the number of warning plates to not smoke. The resort has a huge outdoor area, maybe even providing 1 square meter within the establishment for a smoking area would not affect the structure at all, it passes the idea that smokers there are "not grateful people". But the most embarrassing was Tuesday morning when we went for breakfast. When we accessed the area we were practically intimated by one of the responsible waitresses, questioning how fit I was, after that took a list to check out, and only there I could go for coffee, me and my son. I even thought it was a guidance for all guests, but those who came in right after us, I didn't realize this question.

I do not recommend!

We went to spend the day as a family, Easter Sunday, after booking in advance via WhatsApp and asking for information for DAY USE. When we got there, we stayed from 9am until 10:30am when they opened the pool, the biggest and best one they have, as there was a closed sign, and according to the rules, we could use it from 9am onwards. We decided to go to reception, and there they told us that the large pool would not be opened, due to the chemicals that were used to treat the crystals that were in it. Plus, they said we should head to the small adult pool up there. And there would be someone there to help and they would bring snacks and drinks. We were shocked, because on the day of booking we asked if the pools would be
Working and see the print of the conversation on WhatsApp, they said YES! When we got there, NOBODY informed us that they wouldn't work, we just saw a sign and no one inside the pool. And another, if I asked about the pools in my reservation, they should have communicated to me at least the day before about the real conditions of the place and the pools. AT THE LEAST they should have warned us before we even entered the park.
We went to the pool, and there, it was almost 11am, there wasn't even any ice at the bar for the caipirinha we wanted. The pool, tiny, DIRTY full of children (in the adult pool), playing with balls, and a dog among us, FREE. A child even peed around the pool and they thought it was funny (I took a photo of the pool rules). At the same time I called the hotel on WhatsApp and we tried to communicate, going over everything that was happening. AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED UNTIL TODAY. We went on Sunday and today is Tuesday. And yet, it was by going to reception that we discovered that a rabbit had visited earlier and a map of the location and activities was given there. No one welcomes us or advises us on day use. Yes, it was everyone's first time and what CHAOS! A trash. I definitely don't recommend it! And they still wanted to charge 10% at the end of everything, just laughing! Bad place and service. Bad experience. I was embarrassed to have moved my family and friends to go to work on Easter Day. The only thing that saved it was lunch. But we were dying to leave!

The worst of the worst

Horrible service. In fact, the worst I've ever seen for a hotel. From the reception to the waiters! A place where you go to relax with your family, but which holds a wedding party with the music blaring until the early hours of the morning and doesn't notify the guest when making the reservation.
