Wonderful stay!
We were looking for a place to escape the routine, and this estate was a real revelation. As soon as we arrived in the courtyard of the castle-farm, we immediately felt a soothing atmosphere. Our favorite moment? Strolling by the natural swimming pond after a massage at the spa, it was magical. In the evening, we dined at the restaurant: the chef works with local products with so much passion that each dish was a discovery. The staff is lovely, always a kind word without ever being intrusive. We left with stars in our eyes, we will go back for sure!

not as expected
Some time ago, we stayed at the estate for two nights. After the first night, we were surprised to find that our room still hadn't been made up by 5 PM. I asked at reception if someone could come by, and after making a few calls, they explained that the rooms are only serviced every other day. That wouldn't have been a problem for me, but I would have liked to know beforehand so I could plan accordingly. There is no mention anywhere that housekeeping is only provided every two days. The receptionist also seemed a bit uncomfortable giving that answer.
On one of the two evenings, we had booked dinner at the "gourmet restaurant" with friends. We were able to enjoy our aperitif and amuse-bouches out on the terrace, and the snacks were delicious. We moved indoors for the actual dinner. The service was very friendly, but the menu choices were extremely limited—there was only a single set menu, with the only option being the number of courses. Given that there was only one menu, we had high expectations for the food, but these were not met. All the dishes were bland, with no real standouts. Only the dessert was truly delicious.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience for us, especially considering the price and the way the establishment positions itself.

Superb stay
We had a wonderful stay at Domaine Sur Les Sarts. The setting is simply magnificent: a charming estate, surrounded by nature, offering rare calm and serenity. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with quality bedding.
The wellness facilities are a real asset: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and spa allow you to relax completely in a neat and pleasant environment.
We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the restaurant, with tasty products and attentive service. The staff is welcoming, available, and contributes to making the experience even more pleasant.
Whether for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend, or a family stay, Domaine Sur Les Sarts is a place we recommend without hesitation. We will return with great pleasure!

The bad reviews are from sour individuals
We stayed here for two days. Was a lovely time. Reception was good, accommodation spacious with a lovely bed. Breakfast was extensive and was constantly replenished. The wellness was clean and provided the right relaxation. We would absolutely come back

Don't be fooled
We booked a week at Domaine Sur Les Sarts. On arrival the hotel looked beautiful, the entrance, reception, the garden. It looked well-groomed.
Because we were going to stay at this hotel for a week, we booked Suite Agate, specifically because according to the website and photos there would be a fully equipped kitchen. On arrival, however, that kitchen appeared to have been removed, a wall had been placed on the spot where the kitchen should be. There was no fridge, no glasses, no cutlery, or anything else that could replace a kitchen at all present, nothing at all. That was quite a setback, because we had chosen this suite for its independence and comfort. Also, if you indicate this on your website in image and text and a recent social media post has been posted about this suite including kitchen, then you also expect a kitchen. After all, this is what you pay for.
When we reported this to the staff, there was a laconic reaction to this “that kitchen has not been in place for years”.
In addition, there was a job: next to the hotel, the facade was demolished and also sanded in the hotel itself, with mostly loud noises in the afternoon. When we indicated this, we were offered an upgrade, 2 days after arrival, to the Suite Loft. A spacious suite with kitchen, hot tub and infrared sauna. That seemed like a good solution.
Unfortunately, not only Suite Agate proved to be a disappointment, Suite Loft is not what you can expect from this hotel, with these prices.
In the new suite, dead flies were everywhere in no time. At first, a few, but there were dozens. We ended up counting more than 70 to 80 dead flies: in the kitchen, on the counter, next to and in the suitcases, in the bedroom and even in the bed. Live flies were constantly added, making sleeping impossible and we slept the last night in another room in the suite. The windows were closed, so we didn't understand where all these flies came from.
It was downright unhygienic and absolutely not what you expect from a so-called luxury spa hotel. Where peace is paramount.
The ‘private spa’ also disappointed: the hot tub slowly drained and only ice cold water came out of the tap. We had to refill the bath with water from the kettle and pans of boiling water to still be able to use it somewhat.
We had booked a one-week stay but ended up leaving after four days. At the weekend no one was present at the reception to report our complaint and also on the morning of departure no one was present.
Unfortunately, after one contact after departure, nothing is heard from this hotel.
At first glance the hotel seems beautiful, the reception, the restaurant, the garden and the outdoor pools are nicely cared for. But once you stay in the suites, you notice that the quality, hygiene and Service do not match the promises on the website at all.
We appreciate that the staff tried to help us with another room, but the accumulation of problems, deception, noise, chores, fly infestation, poor hygiene, and lack of staff presence, has completely ruined our holiday.
In short: do not be fooled by the beautiful photos. This hotel is not a place for rest, luxury or relaxation. We strongly advise against it.

À l'exception des maisons de 5 et 4 chambres, vous bénéficierez d'un accès au « Spa Naturessence », à l'étang de baignade biologique (non chauffé) et à ses terrasses à l'arrière du domaine. L'accès se fait par la réception.
