Great experience!

My husband and I stayed here for close to 2 weeks recently so we got to see many aspects of the hotel. The staff was super accommodating and the overall experience was great.
We asked the front desk if they had a deck of cards. They didn’t, but the same lady brought some in the next day and made sure we had them. Often, the housekeeping staff went above and beyond, always asking what services we wanted.
The outside grill (near the dock) is a great concept, but it is not part of the hotel and has inconsistent hours, although the food is good.
The general manager, Don is super gracious and had plenty of suggestions that we were able to enjoy. Thanks!!

Amazing staff!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Augusta bay and the restaurant in the hotel! The staff was amazing! The two ladies at the front desk were friendly efficient and super helpful to us booking taxis, restaurants and extending our stay due to cancellation of our flight! The staff in the restaurant was also great! Best service we had in Georgetown and food was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable and had amazing views!

Great Experience At Augusta Bay!

The resort and rooms were clean, the restaurant had a good selection of quality options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful surprise!

Two guys on a fishing trip staying in the area, so decided to dine there. Had blackened snapper and seafood curry dinners. Both fantastic. Veggies cooked to perfection, fish superb, curry dish on rice wonderful, mashed potatoes outstanding. Great service (Gabby) and a nice pour from the bar. You gotta try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Grumpy ivan

Room are much smaller than in the pictures you do not get a sea view you are looking at an apartment complex. The people who work there are almost all cranky. The bar was okay but expensive and the food was really awful have never eaten so dirty.
