Excellent

Stayed 5 days with Half Inn. The rooms where I stayed with the family were clean, spacious and new. Outdoor garden with games for children and indoor room where there is some play for children. The hotel is conveniently located to reach the glacier, the waterfalls as well as all the other attractions of the valley. Very quiet location.
Friendly staff and Mrs. Ingrid very kind and helpful. Now the negative things that did not make me give the 5 star: breakfast buffet not very rich (at least present nespresso coffee).
Even dinner not very rich, lack of a salad buffet and little choice on the menu. However the food was quality and good, for children if there is nothing they like on the menu you can request more. Apart from these small flaws of the food, improveable, Recommendation this hotel. With the stay comes the super card stubai which gives various advantages.

Dinners afterwards with friends after a nice day mushrooming

Typical Tyrolean cuisine, excellent Wiener Schnitzel with potatoes but also unique dishes based on meat and vegetables, welcoming place with traditional tables but also with the Stube room, good service with a very kind owner who speaks Italian, bilingual menu (German Italian), reasonable prices.
Only advice, better to book

Very good food

We were looking for something for dinner and came here for 4 evenings. Nice staff, good food, nice rustic ambience.
We had excellent Austrian food.
It was difficult to find something with two vegetarians. But the menu was varied and very good.
Great value for money. Good quality and nice service.
For those who care, there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the restaurant, great.
We'll be back!

Perfect Place

The Sportalm is situated at the bottom of the Gschwandtkopf Lift/Ski slope.
Perfect for skiing down too, for a Coffee, Beer, Glühwein or Jägertee.
The restaurant side is perfect, just what is required after a morning skiing.
They actually cook the chickens on a skewer outside, the smell is out of this world, so are the fritz/chips.
Perfect to chill after the days skiing or visiting, plenty room outside to sit, watch the skiing or sit inside too.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben das Hotel im Zuge eines verlängerten We als Familie besucht und wurden mehr als angenehm überrascht!! Sehr schöne, renovierte, warme, moderne und vor allem pieksaubere Zimmer! Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr umfangreich, alles frisch und mehr als köstlich zubereitet!! Auch als Restaurantbesuch sehr zu empfehlen! Das Haus lebt durch die superfreundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre der Gastgeber! Es gab für alle Situationen immer hilfreiche Tips und Lösungen für Probleme! Absolut toll und eigentlich noch einen Stern mehr wert! Wir kommen wieder!!
