Successful Father's Day

Very nice and good Father's Day brunch. Great service and wonderful live music accompaniment, all with a view of the lake.

Never again

Sausage salad at the buffet under the hotel 9,50€. Despite only 7 other guests and after a 1/4 hour Waiting time no sausage salad. After urging and a further 10 minutes, the sausage salad was served with completely tasteless extra sausage and the same cheese, not salted and peppered, also without bread. On request there was a halved white bread slice as 2 slices of bread for 2,50€. It's probably on the menu anyway, just like I'm saying "never again."

Very nice there!

Lovely hotel, great very friendly staff, right on Lake Neufeld with its own beach. Receptionist is absolutely professional, seminar room with great views and great facilities, the food great the rooms beautiful. Highly recommended!

Romance with lake view

We had a very relaxing getaway at the Neufelderseehotel. The rooms are cozy and the food tastes great!
Special thanks to Jemill and his team - you are the heart and soul of this beautiful location! We will definitely come back!

Great location poor service

The Hotel is located at a beautiful spot, you should definitely ask for a room with lake view, it is worth it. The rooms are okay, clean and reasonably new. The problem with this hotel is that it is not professionally managed, the check in was painfully long, the reception was not staffed must if the time (don’t bother to use the phone in case you need anything) . We asked for an iron, and were informed (not in the must friendly way) that it was impossible to obtain one. Since they had a wedding (it was Friday night) the restaurant was closed and no food was available, to be fair they managed to get us a sandwich, but that was it.
Breakfast was ok but uninspired. There was no soap/ shampoo or anything similar in our room.
Internet is free.
No gym, but great location for swimming in the lake or running around it
All in all , we didn’t have the experience to be welcomed and it was clearly that their main interest is hosting weddings and similar events (which by the way are very loud and can be heard in all rooms)
