Hotel Seebichl
The SEEBICHL Design Hotel is an adults-only hotel for guests aged 15 and over, located on the shores of Lake Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel, approximately a 15-minute walk from the old town. A private shuttle bus takes guests to and from the gondola elevator. The hotel's decor features a curated collection of renowned vintage design furniture alongside contemporary art. A 36°C outdoor pool is available for guests to float in both winter and summer. The hotel also offers a poolside lounge, a Swiss pine sauna with a relaxation area, and massage services. For groups, the Meeting & Yoga Loft provides a separate space. Complimentary bicycles are available for guests during the summer months. The hotel's award-winning à la carte restaurant, SEEBICHL, serves casual alpine dining every evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is particularly known for its extensive fondue selection during the winter season. In the afternoon, drinks and snacks, homemade cakes, and hand-picked music are served by the pool, in the lobby, and on the sun deck. The green bar offers guests a relaxed atmosphere, creative cocktails, and popular classics. The breakfast buffet for late risers, served from 7:30 to 11:00, features exclusively regional products and items from small Alpine producers.

Ski trip
The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the center and the ski lift but the hotel offers a bus service which is great. The rooms are clean and modern.
We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic with local ingredients.
We booked again for our next holiday.

Nice and clean hotel near Kitzbühel
The free shuttle service to the Hahnenkammbahn in the morning
(and of course back in the afternoon) worked without any problems.
The owners and staff were extremely attentive and
concerned about the guests.
Particularly noteworthy is the great and extensive
Breakfast.
The restaurant located in the house we visited only once, but only,
because we like to try different restaurants on holiday.
We did not like the ski cellar (very narrow, old and unheated).
For the ski boots there is a shelf in a niche directly at the reception,
also not quite the standard in a modern hotel in a
Skiort.
We would love to come back

Beautiful atmosphere
beautiful hotel with super friendly kind people who run and work here! Delicious food!
Would recommend the cheese fondue and the apple strudel!
The team are so helpful giving lifts for us to the slopes / town.

Absolutely unprofessional – dogs not allowed despite booking!
My experience at the hotel was a catastrophic disappointment. I have booked through Booking.com exclusively because of the clear indication that dogs are welcome. But on our arrival we were completely surprised to be informed that our dog is not allowed in the category we booked!
It was already late in the evening, and instead of offering support or an alternative solution, we were just kicked out of the hotel at 20:00! That's not how you treat guests. In addition, our money already paid has been withheld, which I find brazen and outrageous.
The hotel's communication is misleading and shows extreme incomprehension for customer service. The lack of professionalism and goodwill is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place – especially for travelers with animals!
