The biggest disappointment in Buenos Aires. SEE MY PICTURES !!! A true “Tourist Trap”

I travel more than one hundred nights a year and have never seen anything like this. M Concept Hotel is marketed as a 4-star boutique hotel, yet it feels like a run-down boarding house. The neighborhood is unsafe, with trash everywhere and drug users on the sidewalks. Our room had cracks, leaks, and broken furniture; the bathroom door wouldn’t even open fully, dirt accumulated in the bathroom and on the walls—clear evidence of total neglect of hygiene (see the pictures!). The elevator kept getting stuck, which put our children at risk. We had to leave in a hurry and pay for another hotel. Anyone considering staying here should think twice: this is a true “tourist trap.”

The worst hotel in cleaning and infrastructure

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, not taking any care of the following aspects: cleanliness, infrastructure, availability of basic facilities and service.
Reception: At the entrance it is possible to note that the reception was not cleaned a long time ago by the whole floor marked with dirt and the sofas had many marks.
Breakfast: charged the part, there were not even wardrobes for use. The preparation area was open to guests and the staff could be seen manipulating the food with the hand and without protection. There is no water available for guests even for purchase.
Fourth: the sockets are short and with poor contact, so the lights coming from abajures are failing. Upon arrival I noticed that the staff had not changed the bed linen from the previous accommodation and it was necessary to ask them to change the blades because they were dirty. The bed has no headsets and the pillows are supported on the dirty wall behind. There is no area for luggage support, no fridge bar (and because there is no water, the lack of place to store your own water is critical). The walls have cracks on wallpaper and are dirty.
Bathroom: This is by far the worst part.
The bathroom has toilet vessels glued to the wall and carrying, out of the infrastructure standards. Anyone who uses the Cover will inevitably rest on the walls that are dirty.
The bathtub has no tampon and has a curtain that should never have been washed. All the water leaks to the floor and reaches the room, which causes the doors to rot and the wood stained.
The sink is clogged. The water that comes out of the tap is yellow.
Thus, I believe it has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure.

Centrally located hotel

Concept M hotel is centrally located in Buenos Aires. The Plaza de Mayo is a few minutes walk from the hotel. In the surroundings there are a lot of restaurants and cafés. The lobby is modern and the reception is friendly. The rooms are okay but not for spacious and the bathroom is rather small. Also there is some room for maintenance of the rooms.
