We stayed here after arriving at the airport in order to recover from a long trip. This hotel was ideal for that. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport. We also understood that they have a free airport shuttle but we did not use it. Second, there is a nice cafe and also a buffet restaurant that were open late. We could get a good meal and pay on a credit card and not worry about not yet having the opportunity to change money. We had delicious drinks at the cafe and later had a light fare dinner there…also good. We stopped by the restaurant buffet and it looked great, but we weren’t hungry enough to benefit from the vast spread of food. Staff at the desk and for housekeeping and other services were exceptionally nice and we spoke to them in English and French. The room was comfortable and well set up, but not large. Our only negative was that the room was a bit hot and the AC was not functioning. Otherwise we would have rated at 5 stars. Staff could offer no solution. An open window helped. We had a good sleep as the hotel is quiet, with thick walls and triple glazed windows.

Reception Ladies are so rude , men are cooperative
Room is to small to fit suitcases
No water in the room
No water catel
No room services
No green tea
In room Phone is not working so you have to go down and say what you want in person.
When I went down complaining, they have sent someone to fix it around 10:00 pm
No food selection for breakfast .
Reservation process was very bad with hotel , trip team and their own 3rd party .
Maybe trip services are okay elsewhere but with this hotel was absolutely below the standard .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax . The hotel’s location near the airport was extremely convenient, and the free airport transportation made my trip even smoother and stress-free, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again!

Excellent stay

Hotel Atlantis ex Ibis, very well located, with easy access.
Spacious parking.
Staff from reception, restaurant to room staff, very welcoming, smiling and warm; it smells of professionalism.
Very clean and well lit rooms.

The receptionist and the entire hotel team were consistently friendly, polite, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This was my third time staying here, thanks to its convenient location near the airport and the easy access it provides into the capital.
