Durres pleasant location

Strategically located hotel, clean , varied and tasty breakfast, 200 destinations from the sea , functional rooms, polite staff , in the evening you eat very well in the recommended hotel restaurant

Had fun and it was worth it with friends, we are sure coming back for another vacation

Nice rooms and the environment was great, the owner was so helpful always ready to help us with anything we want. Breakfast was great, WiFi nice no issues at all, take along two mouth charger, Albania is great Tirana is good, the beach was not far, nice view

Overall ok

Booked this hotel for 7 nights during the last week of august.
The hotel is in a good position, about 200 meters from the beach, and close to a lot of restaurant and markets.
The structure seems to have been renewed but lack in refinings. You can see still some cables coming out from the walls or incomplete refinitures.
The room was big enough and had a nice balcony but the furnitures inside were lightly damaged and not fixed.
The bathroom is really small.
Acoustic isolation is a malus:
Annoying is the noise coming from the traffic outside even with the window closed you hear cars, music and clacson.
Also you can hear noises from other rooms and people in the corridors.
They need to improve the cleaning service (not every day we were getting clean towels and blankets) and the floor was never properly cleaned.
Breakfast could be definitely better if they could add more sweet things. Often they were lacking in service refilling clean dish , cups or simply napkins.
All these things can be surely improved because the structure has the potential to became a really good hotel in my opinion.

Do not go!

I booked room with aircon, but it didnt work, i didnt get new room or any money back. Or apologies. Coustumer service is worst than i have ever seen. Hotel is dirty, wi-fi doesn't work, breakfast is miserable and they shouldnt call it breakfast. Childrens play area is not really play area, just small swing and slide for really young children. I think there is seriously something weird going on with booking reviews..

For the 3 stars category its excellent

We had 11 nights stay in this hotel in September. The summer season was over and restaurant in hotel was closed. The hotel staff kindly provided us improved room with the balcony and the sea view (but the sea is not visible that much). The coming train behind the hotel are freaking noisy especially in the morning. Every morning we had breakfast (4 options). The room was cleaned every day. The price is good
