Yen Wildman

Staffs here make me feel very welcomed and safe as a solo female traveler. I booked an overnight bus from phu yen to da nang but didn’t realised that they pick you up at a random locations. Bi was so great and helpful, he went out his way and called the booking office to double check my booking for me as well as gave me a lift the waiting destination.
The room was very cleaned and comfortable. The whole place was very cute and got a retro vibe to it.

Beautiful boutique place to stay

Kool House is a great place to stay in Tuy Hoa. It's located in a small lane behind the main street which means it's very quiet. There's a nice cafe on the corner of the lane. The hotel has a homely design on the outside and inside, beautifully decorated in modern indochine style, especially the lobby. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were happy with our King room with internal balcony. Breakfast is ok, eggs and baguette. But it doesn't include the coffee which is strange as we received a charge at checkout. The staff are very friendly, including My who was always at reception and happily offered her assistance with a smile anytime of day. We rented a good motorbike from the hotel for a good price so we could explore the province. There are lots of interesting places to the north and south of the city which can be explored over several days, we stayed 2 nights but really needed 1 or 2 more.
What can be improved? Add a curtain to the door to the balcony and more hot water for the shower which was warm. Improve the quality of the cafe sua da Vietnamese coffee to be like a local cafe it will be better, and include it with the breakfast price, plus serve the baguette warm. An easy fix.
We would definitely return to stay if we come back to Tuy Hoa.

Honestay

While visiting friends in TuyHoa we stayed in this most wonderful home stay tucked away on a quiet street in this bustling city. Extra large room with tv in English, AC large bath with rainforest shower, very nice and friendly, one day laundry service, large lobby and coffee bar. Walking distance to large coffee shops , beer garden and spa. Architecture was very European flavor with all the woodwork and glass . A real hidden gem. Highly recommended, sorry we couldn’t stay longer!!

Backpacker/motorbike stopover. Nice surprise.

Great value, spacious dorm room, quiet. I was one of the few people staying here that night, but quickly became friends with another traveler who was staying there for a little long term. He was eagerly learning Vietnamese and had befriended multiple people in the area and/or working here and they provided us with a feast thanking him. I was lucky enough to catch them on this night and had incredible insight to this wonderful little city and great little hostel. Would recommend.

Không phải sự so sánh giữa các khách sạn 2-3 sao nhưng dịch vụ cần có sự cải thiện.
Cleaning: phòng siêu bụi và dơ. Ga giường nếu không ủi thì đừng nên dùng loại màu trắng để khách vừa check in cũng phải đắng đo suy nghĩ là giường khách trước đã sử dụng hay sao.
Nhà tắm: nước nóng lúc có lúc không.
Nhà tắm đến bồn rữa nghẹt đầy tóc ở trong.
Nhân viên chỉ quan tâm đến việc charge thêm phí, không care lắm đến dịch vụ mình cung cấp cho khách như thế nào.
Với giá cả booking này ở Tuy Hoà nhiều hotel có dịch vụ sẽ tốt hơn.
