Amazing stay – exceptional front desk team!
The front desk staff and all the girls working at the reception are truly amazing and helpful beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and helped us with everything we needed.
The hotel itself is super clean, with very comfortable rooms and really delicious breakfasts every morning. There is also a great, compact, but extremely clean rooftop pool which was perfect for relaxing.
A huge highlight: we booked all our tours directly through the hotel. The prices were exactly the same as on Get Your Guide, but with the huge bonus that the transport picks you up right at the hotel door and drops you back at the exact same place.
Once again, a massive thank you to the reception girls for making our stay in Hue so seamless and memorable. Their service is truly 10/10!

Jade Scene hôtel in Hue
The hotel is extraordinary, all the staff are truly lovely, the rooms are spacious and cleaned very regularly, the pool is beautiful with a lovely view of the city, and the hotel is very well located in the city (a 1-minute walk from the main street)! I highly recommend it! (And a special shout-out to Ha and Châu, who are truly amazing and will make your stay in Hue special.)

Very pleasant
A very pleasant stay. The entire team at the hotel is extremely helpful and polite, which makes the visit especially pleasant from the very beginning.
The location is fantastic. You can reach both the river and the most important sights in just a few minutes, which makes exploring the area incredibly uncomplicated. It is especially convenient that tours and scooters are organized directly by the hotel. Something I can only recommend.

Superb hotel, the staff is very attentive, the room was clean. The pool is a real plus and the massage therapists are very professional, we loved it, I recommend 100%.

Very nice place to stay
Very nice hotel. The room are great. It is at welling distance from the center. The pool on the rooftop is fantastisch. The personnel is very friendly.
