Yeah, sure.
I slept in the women’s dorm with 4 beds.
The bathroom is dedicated to women and in the dormitory. The beds are clean and comfortable.
The women's dormitory is on the top floor with a very nice small terrace
I was able to have my laundry washed at the hotel.
It is a 5-minute walk from the Imperial City, in the modern city. You can walk across the bridge.
The owners are very nice and helpful. They helped me get some stuff I had forgotten by having a grab sent to me at the bus station. I had a very good stay for a very attractive price.

There is potential but still lots to improve
My room was spacious with lots of daylight. The area was also surprisingly quiet even though it's very close to one big busy road. There are many restaurants nearby. Staff was kind.
I had some problems and unfortunately it felt it was not run fully professionally:
- I requested two days cleaning for my room. It just happened the second evening when I spoke with a staff member directly.
- I had bought a bus ticket from Hue to Hoi An a couple days prior to my departure through this hostel. Also paid my ticket then and everything was supposed to be ok. When I was leaving in the morning, it came out they had forgotten to buy me a ticket. I was even asked if I was staying until evening (no, I was supposed to leave in 30 min). I got explanations about a delay because the bus was broken etc. When I was finally picked up it came out that my 9 am bus wasn't broken up. It was an 11 am bus. Instead of being at Hoi An at noon, I was there 4pm which meant my plans for the day was ruined totally.
- I personally think breakfast should always include at least one drink. No need to be a fancy coffee but at least something.
