Good location, many shops and restaurants are nearby. There is a spa in the hotel with attractive prices. TV has CNN, BBC news channels and many other local channels etc.

I stayed both in the hostel area and in the hotel room at 4th floor. The hostel is only ok for a short term solo stay but the hotel rooms are pretty ok for a long term stay with a partner,friend. They also have big family rooms. The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is great.

Nice accommodation. A little bit tired but still good value for the price. Strange smell in the room but went away after having aircon on. The location is really good for exploring Hue.

Very nice :)

The room was lovely, and the location was perfect for us, still nice and quiet but about two minutes from the lively street with restaurants and bars! The staff here were SO lovely! Always welcomed you back, spoke really good English, offered lots of help with things and tours and getting around, made nice conversation! We booked our bus to Ninh Bình with them which was great, and they let us store our bags with them after check out until our bus arrived at 5pm :)
