Absolutely recommended
I traveled with my son, 17 days to visit northern and central Vietnam.
Everything was organized by the very kind Rosie from the E Central Hotel in Hanoi.
This hotel was our base in Hanoi, where we returned after each tour stop and from where we departed for the next one. In an optimal position to visit the city, close to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc.
Rosie organized this memorable trip with stops in Ninh Binh, Sapa, Pu Luong, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Hoi An. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Rosie and all the hotel staff.

This hotel was our base in Hanoi, where we returned after each tour stop and from where we departed for the next one. In an optimal position to visit the city, close to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc.
Rosie organized this memorable trip with stops in Ninh Binh, Sapa, Pu Luong, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Hoi An. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Rosie and all the hotel staff.

Awesome location with Phenomenal staff
The hotel was in a perfect location right on the edge of Old Town Hanoi and the French Quarter. It was a couple of minutes walk to the lake with food and shopping options all around us.
The staff were exceptionally friendly.?"Continually went out of their way to ensure our stay was phenomenal." ?"Make sure you talk to Rosie because she can get you some great deals for exactly the same tours that you've probably already booked online." She saved us $120 on a Ha Long Bay cruise on the same boat and in the same cabin.
Lisa and Rina on the desk are very friendly and made it a great place to come back to in the way they interacted with the guests.
The room was very clean and well serviced with a comfortable bed, a great shower and reliable wifi.

Very central and the staff are the most kind and attentive people.
I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off.
And better tours than what I had booked.
I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours.
Rosie at the hotel is the best booking tours. Best ones at best price. and I feel they make sure they put you on the best adventures and tours.
One tour we stoped at a store on way to the 2 day cruise. They sell art made my handicapped people I bought something and forgot an expensive high speed fan at the store.
I realized 10 minutes after leaving. I simply messaged the hotel on WhatsApp and told them. The staff knew the driver and called him and had him pickup this fan on his way back. While I was on the cruise I see a text with a photo of the fan securely in Staffs possession at reception.
They didn’t need to do all the effort and calling and asking the driver to detour and drop it off at hotel. I never imagined a hotel and their tour group would do all of that.
In this hotel you’ll find a tastefully done boutique hotel with good style. Kind and helpful and attentive staff. That go out of there way to be more helpful than any hotel I have ever stayed.
I’ll back to Vietnam and I know exactly where I’m staying. This hotel.

An Unforgettable and Humane Welcoming in the Heart of Hanoi
My partner and I were more than pleasantly welcomed at the E Central Hotel in Hanoi.
Already before our arrival, Rosie personally contacted us to offer us local excursions, we made two and were absolutely delighted! (Apart from one that is very badly finished)
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a snack. All the staff were very friendly, available and friendly.
The reception even told us that we had been upgraded from the moment we arrived with a room with city views.
The room was large, bright, and perfectly equipped: fridge, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, etc.
The location of the hotel is ideal, in the heart of the old town and close to everything.
Breakfast is rich, varied and delicious, with a continental buffet and local specialities. Several à la carte options were also included, such as pancakes or scrambled eggs.
The hotel was very accommodating in agreeing to keep our bags during our excursion to Halong Bay.
Unfortunately, during this excursion, I suffered an accident and fractured a vertebrae, requiring urgent hospitalization.
We can’t thank Rosie enough, who immediately checked in with us and sent our bags to the hospital free of charge, more than 2.5 hours away from Hanoi.
She kept in touch with us, available and caring, even helping us communicate with the doctors.
We had a real crush on Rosie, a deeply human, caring and dedicated person to her customers.
Its professionalism and kindness make all the difference and represent the spirit of the hotel.
Despite our mishap, we will have a wonderful memory of this property, its staff and Rosie.

Very good experiences
I want to highlight especially the kindness of Rosie, who from before my arrival in Hanoi attended me by WhatsApp excellently. I made a reservation through Booking for 5 nights, but also added an extra night directly with it by WhatsApp, as we arrived in the early morning, and at all times was very attentive and resolute.
We booked a Premium Deluxe Double Room with window and city view. It was a very spacious and spacious room. It is true that both the furniture and the decor were somewhat old, but it is a functional urban hotel that perfectly serves its purpose. Everything was very clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant.
The bathroom was also spotless. Every day they replenished amenities, including toothbrushes, and also left a new bottle of water daily, which is greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was plentiful. Not a great buffet, it offers everything you would expect in such a boutique hotel: fruit, Vietnamese dishes and continental options such as eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and croissants. In addition, they prepare different dishes on request, which completes a very satisfying breakfast experience.
All the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, answering any questions or needs.
We also booked an excursion to Halong Bay through the hotel. I told Rosie about my husband’s problem with seafood allergy, as we had forgotten to mention it in advance. He was in charge of managing everything with the operator and the guide so that it was well communicated, which we valued very much.
I also want to thank you for the detail you had on our trip, when you gave us a souvenir magnets each. A simple but very meaningful gesture that speaks volumes of your kindness and courtesy.

It does not stand out for modern facilities, but for being well preserved, clean and perfectly meeting what is expected of a boutique hotel in Vietnam.
